What a lovely man - and what a great experience! We called him yesterday when our front door lock suddenly broke. He came today and on time and fixed our main problem right away. And he is going to some extra trouble to find a little spring that is proprietary to our lock set to complete the job and make it perfect. We recommend him highly!

We had Alain to help us with three locks, two to rekey and one to be completely replaced. We also asked for 4 copies of the key. Complex tasks like this only took him less than 30 minutes! Watching him do the job so swiftly is like an art. This is what we call "Professionalism". He is prompt, courteous, experienced, and efficient.
