On the night of January 12, 2021 I called with an ignition problem with my car. They made an appointment to come the next morning on January 13, 2021 at 11 am. They told me they would come with a computer to analyze the problem and provide an estimation. After waiting for 4 hours, and I called them 3 times they said someone by the name of A*****o. Mr, A****o arrived at 3 pm, without the computer. When i told him the issue, Mr. A****o took my key and put it in the ignition. He then told me that there was something twisted in the ignition, and that would 350 dollars to fix. I was waiting for him to use the computer to analyze the situation, but he did not have the computer with him. anyway, I accepted the estimation, and we verbally agreed on the 350 dollar estimation cost to fix the ignition. He began the job to repair the job, after 1 hr, he told me he needed spare parts and left for 30 mins. When he came back with the spare parts after 30 min he was not able to fix. It was apparent, after 30 minutes he did not know how to fix the issue. He took apart the ignition parts, and then I waited 1 more hour to fix the car. When i asked him what is going on, he told me he had to hike the price to 550 dollars. for the same job I refused, we had a verbal agreement to 350 dollars, and it was apparent the he did not know how to fix the car. With the 350 dollars, he said he would put back the old parts, and no warranty would be provided. I refused, because he increased the price after starting the work. I tried to comprise with him, and I offered him 400 dollars. He refused and said its my way or the highway. So, when we disagreed on the price, I asked him to put the ignition back into its original state and he refused. He was belligerent and my son called the police. We told him to wait for the police but he refused. When he was fleeing from the police, he almost hit me with his car, my son was a witness. I filed a police report and they directed me to civil court. I have reported them to the Better business bureau.
