Locked keys in car, was told it would take ~30mins for the tech. An hour and a half later, the tech shows up (-17°C weather). Takes 2 mins to get his tools out, takes about 4 for a call, and another 5 to unlock the door. Was charged 120$ for the service, plus an additional 30$ for a "service call fee", but hey, they've got you hostage at that point! Was the fee for the call he took while we were waiting for him? If this ever happens to us again, we'll just use some wedges and a metap wire, and save ourselves over 150$ and a 1:30 of wait time.
