I needed my mailbox lock replaced because I lost my keys. I called three other places but this locksmith came personally recommended by my neighbor. They were also better priced and offered a same-day appointment. He made everything quick and easy. He came within half an hour of making contact, He was very efficient, and pleasant! I called the locksmith because I found myself locked out of my apartment. I came home and couldn’t find my keys anywhere. Even the spare key which I secreted went missing. Thankfully, the locksmith came by quickly, and I requested him to rekey my locks for good measure. He tackled the concern quickly, and he didn’t need much time to deliver outstanding results.

Guy arrived in an hour. Was a young guy so I didn't expect super service, but this guy was great. I hovered out of curiosity and he owned the job. He took the time to explain what was going on. I needed a key extracted from a door but it was snapped in the middle and pushed deep inside. The cylinder would have to be taken apart to remove it. I didn't have a clue, he explained it's easy but can also "lose the lock" so it's best to know what's up. Anyway, 10 minutes and the key was out and he'd routed my door to help it lock properly. Anyway $85 for a real quick pro key extraction is well worth it in my books. Was a life saver.

I asked for an installation by email. They replied that someone will call me shortly to explain (I don’t really need that, they can just come install, and bill me but ok fine). Nobody called. I followed up by email saying I haven’t been contacted and still waiting. I got a reply saying yes the locksmith did call me and explained everything to me and "I said I’d take some time to think about it and let them know"!!!! ???!!! I have not spoken to anyone on the phone and have never said those words. First of all, if i tell you i havent heard from your company, dont reply by telling me what "I" supposedly said. I know who I spoke to and I know what I’d say. You cannot “correct” me by telling me what “I said”.... odds are you’re confused. Secondly I dont know who you spoke to or whose file you’re confusing mine with but if im telling Nobody called me, then nobody called. Respect that. I replied saying no such thing, and I’ve never heard from them again. Maybe work on your customer service skills, and dont make up stories about what a customer said when they’ve never spoken to you.
