Raymond is the smartest locksmith in this area! I had an antique set of drawers that was shipped from Europe and had been locked before shipping but the keys never made it so I called Raymond to see if he could do something, knowing that this was an impossible task as those old keys (from 1800s mind you!) are impossible to replicate and find, especially not in North America. Raymond managed to open the set of drawers very smoothly and without any damage. He had luckily hundreds of keys in his van to try out but only 3 had the right length. None of the three keys could open the drawers so he had the great idea to chop off part of the key ending and voila! The key could open the drawers!! Without Ray's go-getter attitude, optimism, determination, and years of know-how and expertise, we would never have found a solution and the set of drawers would remain close forever, and the inside beauty of this piece could never be revealed! Ray also called me to follow up the next day. Excellent customer service. Thank you for all your help, Ray, and Gloucester Locksmith!!

Within an hour, he did all 3 locks which now all work with the same key and cut as many key copies as I needed right on the spot in his van. My doors were not closing to his satisfaction so he even fixed 2 of my entry doors and even help me fix an interior door even though it wasn't really part of his duties to start with. I used Gloucester Locksmith's services to re-key 3 door locks and to unlock a jewellery box. Ray did an excellent job. The jewellery box was not an easy case since it required a special (old type) key. Ray took the time to look into one of his storage box that had tens of special keys, to find one that would open it. This prevented him to force it open, which was really appreciated considering that the box was a family souvenir gift. Great job!

We were stuck in freezing weather and our front door handle mechanism had broken locking us out. We were fortunate to get a hold of Gloucester locksmith from a reference. Gentleman arrived in less than 10 minutes and proceeded without damaging to open the door and replace the door mechanism. We saved a lot of money in not purchasing a brand new door handle. To top it up because my daughter was with me in the cold, he left his wife waiting at a store to get us into the house. Who does that these days? Exemplary service. Excellent service ! Ray is the definition of a consummate professional. I had him in to install a deadbolt and front door handle, we soon realized that the original install was poorly done. Not once did he criticize who did the previous work, he just proceeded to do the installation of the new set. He called before coming to the house and showed up at the time that he said he would. Prior to leaving I had him check 2 other doors that were causing me problems, one needing an adjustment and the other requiring a new latch.Now I have 3 doors that are functioning as they should be. I recently had to find a locksmith in a hurry and didn't quite know who to call. I googled and came upon Ray Lepage's locksmith company, Gloucester Locksmith. Of all the locksmiths out there, he had the most reviews and a five star rating! With that in mind, I chose him and I'm glad I did and there is a reason why he has such great reviews. Ray showed up within minutes (the service call happened to be nearby). Ray was prompt, courteous, personable and definitely proved to know his trade amazingly well. I think he told me he's been in the business for 30+ years. Within minutes he had my broken deadbolt unlocked and had original replacement parts on hand and ready for me! Ray's service definitely turned this unfortunate situation into a pleasant experience with a more than reasonable price.
