My back breaks had stopped working yesterday and the cord seemed to have been super loose. My bike is a big means of my transportation to get around. With out it, I have to walk an awful lot in my day, aside from my already very busy manual labor job. I took my bike down to Key Cycle thinking I would have to leave it there for a day or more to have fixed and have to pay an extra bill. The Man working there came out to look at it and fixed it in 2 seconds :) Free of charge. The break line had just fallen out of it's track but me knowing nothing about bikes had no idea what was wrong with it. He saved me a lot of extra energy I didn't have to spend during my already very long days. Thanks guys.

Another bike shop somehow broke my bike during a simple tune up and claimed the repairs would cost me extra. I took my bike down to Key Cycle for a second opinion. The staff at Key Cycle were able to diagnose and fix the problem in less than 30 mins at an affordable cost. Highly recommend this shop!

It's a key cutting place, as far as bikes they do not know what they are doing in least. They are not professional and knowledgeable. I wouldn't recommend getting anything fixed here outside of a Walmart bike and even then you're better off with the other bike shops.
