I've been trying for 3 days to get into my car and to get another key made for a reasonable price, and after all of that searching I called them. Johnny was here very quickly, had my door unlocked, and a new key cut for me within minutes. He's AWESOME!!!! They're quick, friendly, and WAY MORE AFFORDABLE THAN ANYONE AROUND!!!!! If you ever need a locksmith, call them!!!! They saved me A LOT OF MONEY TODAY!!! ????????????????????

I called ahead of time to see how much it would cost to have keys programmed for my 2010 F-150. I was quoted well below what Ford and the other name brand lock smiths quoted, and he was able to fit me in-between a service call he was about to head out the door for. Ford told me it would be weeks to schedule an appointment, and they would need my truck for an hour to program 2 keys. River Valley Locksmith did it in 10 mins. without an appointment, and it was substantially cheaper! I will only use these guys for now on, best in Fort Smith!

What a great value! I was needing an extra remote for my car so I ordered one online, but it needed to be programmed once it arrived. I called the dealership and they wanted $150 to program the remote. I did a little searching and another locksmith recommended that I call Johnny at River Valley Locksmith. I called and was surprised to hear that he would program my new remote for only $35. Johnny was able to get me in quick and he had the remote programmed in about five minutes. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend River Valley Locksmith.

Great locksmith. I have extremely complicated doors from Italy, previous owner installed. He re-keyed all my locks and made it a priority. I had a small issue with one lock, due to the mechanism, not his work. He made me a priority and went above and beyond to take care of me. Not only is he a great locksmith, he is a good honest man you can trust.
