This was an excellent service. Allen said he would be here in about 15 minutes but was close by so was here in under 10. My keys were stuck under the hatch, so it took a few minutes but he knew how to get to the key fob and was able to get to rhe emergency key. The cost was $55 but considering how quick, efficient and friendly Allen was, it was money well spent. Thank you!!

I contacted this company for emergency lock smith services and was referred to a third party. That gentleman arrived late, and quoted me a price of $150 to change 3 locks. During the time he was at my home he was on his cell phone taking calls to secure other jobs and taking payments over the phone for future orders. He was unable to complete the request at my home due to circumstances beyond his control, but still billed me $80 (over 50% of the original quoted price! After being late & on the phone with other customers) I felt this was unprofessional and extremely over priced considering the job was no where near completed. I will never use this service again or refer anyone after this negative experience.

Maybe I’m just the anomaly here but if you’re going to advertise 24-hour service, perhaps answering the phone or returning phone calls is advisable. Literally just got off the phone with one of their technicians (apparently he’s the owner) stating they had an emergency call to rescue a baby locked in a car. The guy is arguing with me that a one-star review is “ruining” his business then proceeds to try to guilt trip me into changing my review because they were “saving the life of a baby”. Regardless of the validity of the story or events, you’re not going to get me to change a review based on lack of service. If the police were involved as stated in the conversation and it required two locksmiths to open one car, then kudos to you. “We can’t always give 100%”, he told me. Well, I’m not going to give a 100% review and after listening to this guy argue with me about a 1-Star review, I’m definitely standing by my rating and would give zero stars if possible. The icing on the cake is this guy saying, “Well, when you lock your baby in the car we’ll be there to rescue your child.” You’re a couple of real professionals, guys. I’ll smash a window out of the vehicle before I pick up the phone and call for your service. My favorite part of this whole event is that this guy is telling me they’re off rescuing babies but he led into the conversation saying that he’d seen the google review that I’d posted. I first called at 6:32 and he called me at 7:04. So, you’re busy rescuing babies and dispatching your two locksmiths to one vehicle but also have the time and wherewithal to read your google reviews prior to contacting a customer? Yes, this is logical. You should swallow some of that pride and accept that you’re getting (and keeping) this one-star rating. Your phone call this morning and your response to my review has reached a point of sadness that is insurmountable. I’m not the one ruining your business; putting yourself on blast is ruining your business. Furthermore, I don’t own nor will I ever own a BMW so your point is moot regarding breaking that specific window. I didn’t say I wouldn’t call a locksmith in the future if I were to require the services of one, I said I would never call your business specifically. You’re using this argument that I don’t care about children but you were so concerned with my review that you never bothered to ask if my wife and children were locked out of the house as well as I did mention during the conversation that I do, in-fact, have two children. Your concern for a poor review outweighs your concern for anything else to the point that you’re going so far as to continue to use the baby locked in a car guilt trip as a means of publicly shaming me for lambasting your unprofessionalism and child-like behavior. You have 4.8 stars yet you’ve made it a personal mission to attack my review and my character as well and that, in its own right, is the most insane aspect of this entire exchange. One more thing: my wife and I don’t leave our children in vehicles unattended, either. Ever.

If I could take away stars i would My first call to them was at 0812 to get on Fort Bragg, NC. Locksmith told me 45 minutes. I called an hour later and was told 18 minutes. I called 45 minutes later after missing an important meeting and the person told me he was at the gate. The person then called me back and told me his access had expired. After missing two meetings and a company/family event for a Soldier, I decided to just cancel and breaking my window. Before doing so someone gave me the number to another company that was here in 15 minutes. I will do everything I can to make sure this company does not popa any locks on this installation. Told me he was a minute away then made me wait an additional 20 minutes. I called back he said he was a minute away. Never showed. My mom had left the vet's office with her little dog that had just had surgery and stopped by the post office to check her mail. She locked her dog in the truck with the AC on and checked her mail. When she came out to her truck her key fob would not work and she could not get her doors unlocked. John saved the day! My dog locked me out of the house and I had no way of getting in. After an hour of trying to pick the lock and break into my own house I gave up and called Pop-A-Lock. It took about an hour for them to get to my house, but he did let me know he was going somewhere outside of Fayetteville before me. Once he got here it took 2 minutes and I was in. Kind of pissed that my dog cost me $65, but appreciative of the help. I would reccomend them to a friends and will use again if I get locked out.

He gave me an estimated ETA of no more than 30 minutes. 10 minutes later he calls me and meets me by my truck. He addressed me as Sir the whole time and was very courteous. I was visiting my parents in Fayetteville and was literally about to leave to head back to Greenville when I locked my keys in my car. JEREMY was the technician that came to my rescue...him and TANK! If I could give zero I would. Since the tech called me before I posted this I increased it from zero to one star....however, they get this one star because when I first called the operator advised I would called by a technician when he forwards my number. I waited and called the mainline back after waiting 12 min for a callback. When I called back the operator he said "he just forwarded my number"...what about when I first called that would have been helpful. So in the amount of time from my callback for a status I found another locksmith that arrived within the 15 min as promised, got me in my house within 2 minutes, and as I'm now driving to my destination guess who's calling me, James or John from pop a lock. The timing was just ridiculous. I have never waited for a chance even give my address to a tech let alone be serviced. I called because of the great reviews, guess I got stuck with the wrong shift.

I would not recommend them AT ALL unless you want to wait around for hours wondering when or even if they will every show up. Save yourself time, money and hassle and go with someone else. I locked my keys in my car while at the car wash. I called them at 2:49pm and the guy said there is one person inhead of me and would be approximently 45mins-1hour. I called again at 4:20pm and he said he got hung up on a customer and that I have one person in head of me. One person again? Finally at 5:39 I called "4 got keys?" Locksmith and not only were they here within 20mins but unlocked my car for literally half the price. If I didn't call them I would probabbly still be waiting there 3 hours plus. Assuming they even show up.

John B. From pop a lock saved me over 200 bucks! A dealership was going to charge close to 300 to do what John did. The first attempt he didn't have the key I needed and still tried to do something. Made a call and came back a few hours later with a key. Tried a few more times , still no fix. He didn't give up and used the process of elimination . Come to find out , the chip in my key was busted . He reprogrammed my car and new key. Got me back on the road. John wouldn't give up till the job was done. Thanks John, awesome job brother !
