Seriously, best service in the entire area. After losing the only set of keys I have, I called several "24/7" locksmiths late last night only to be greated with an answering machine or a grumpy secretary telling me they couldn't make my key. Carlos, most likely awoken from a sound sleep, answered my call and told me he would be here in the morning to fix the problem with a much more reasonable price. My son broke the key off in the ignition of his car. I called 2 other companies in town. Company 1 wouldn't even come out to look at the car and company 2 said I would have to wait a week before someone could even look at the problem. A co-worker referred me to Complete Locksmith. My call was answered immediately, I was quoted a price (which was half the cost of the company I would have had to wait a week for), and I was given a time Complete would arrive to my home. The Locksmith showed up at the exact time he said he would, the ignition lock was fixed within 30 minutes and I was charged the exact amount quoted over the phone which is rare these days. I would recommend Complete Locksmith to anyone who ever needs Locksmith services. Top Notch service at a affordabe price. A+ service from start to finish.... 1/19/18... I needed to have more work done that required a locksmith so I called Complete Locksmith because I had used them I the past and had great service. Called to get a technician to come out and help with a couple company trucks. You know a new lock, a couple keys etc. The guy answering the phone sounded like he was driving so I guess he didn't retain any info I gave him. He assured me that what I needed done he could do no problem on site. He said he would come out the next day so I gave him my cell number that way he can give me a heads up before he gets there. It has been a couple days might I add. He gets the address and all contact info but he never calls or show up. I'm a big fan of keeping your word especially to a potential customer. In my line of work customer service is everything. That being said I give one star because if you can't do something as simple as keep your word or update me with your change of plans that shows me a lot about your character. So I don't need to see how well you do the job because clearly your word means nothing. I'm sorry but just call me "old fashioned."

This company was very professional and reasonable. They came out when promised and fast, making a new key after I was stranded at the beach. BEWARE OF SCAMMERS !!! Calling around, I experienced a middle eastern international locksmith scam. Multiple business go to a central call center that subcontracts out to local unqualified members. Their main goal is to get the most $ they can from helpless victims. They have middle eastern accents, quote you a low "starting" price & arrival time then either dont show or charge way more.

The team at Complete Locksmith is very intelligent and accommodating... I wanted to add an extra remote to my Cadillac. When I went to the dealer They could order it because they don't stock it and if I wanted to get it it would be over $300 installed. Carlos and the team assured me that they could supply the same product and charge me half as much… they were RIGHT!.... The dealer made it seem like only they could do it... I discovered it's a little challenging to program these remotes but the team at Complete Locksmith has the expertise and the equipment necessary to do an accurate job.
