They don't answer the phone. Can't provide 24 hour service if they don't pick up. Left a message and never returned a call back. Called someone else.

For a job that took 3 minutes, they asked for $120. No estimate was given although it was promised for before the job was done. Apparently there is a service fee of $29 and "the price depends on the method." Our door was unlocked, first method (lock pick), first try. -_- We got them to accept $95, however, because we told the guy was had another who would have come from an hour or so away and ask for said amount, while he only came from 35 minutes away. Also, the website/says it costs about $50, so it feels like false advertising. They should at least mention the average charging price online. Last, but not least, they called the number we gave them, my cell phone l, at 8 AM the next day to "check-in" on how the service was. Waking up early to calls from a random-looking number didn't help the experience. At the end of the day, they did get us back in the house, but charged a generous fee.

Called to get keys out of locked car at 11:55 am, was told 30 to 45 minutes, said okay that's fine and we waited. 45 minutes passes and I called to make sure we didn't miss him just in case, guy on the phone says oh he should be there any minute, so we wait some more. Finally, at 110, an hour and fifteen minutes later, we get fed up waiting and did some research and figured out how to unlock it ourselves and left. I don't mind waiting however long it was going to take, and I'm not usually one to complain, but if it's going to take almost an hour over the quoted time someone could have at least called and let us know, or when I called to make sure we didn't miss him he could have told me how long it was really going to take rather than just "oh he will be there any minute." Giving 2 stars because at least the guy on the phone was nice.

The owner is very good about keeping customers updated with status of their order - specifically, he had to obtain 2 new keys to program them to my vehicle. When the shipment did not arrive as expected, he promptly let me know. As promised, he arranged to meet me to program the new keys as soon as he received them. Price was reasonable - better than dealership by a long shot - and dealing with Pop-A-Lock of Fort Myers was a GREAT experience all the way around. I can recommend this company without any hesitation!

First called, they said that they didn't want to do the job because it was too late in the day even thought it says 24 hours. Finally got them to answer the phone the next day and they came out 2 hours later, and they were trying to make the key for 30 minutes they got a call and said "nope I can't make that key" and drove off... Not worth the hassle of getting them out.

After locking my keys in the trunk of my car and exhausting all avenues, the dealership suggested I contact Sean at Pop-A-Lock. Not only did he get my trunk open, he did it in record time. Kind, professional and very reasonably priced. From now on, I will only use Pop-A-Lock for my locksmith needs.

Saturday 5-6-17: My teenage daughter locked her keys in her truck--she' was way down in SFM (Constitution Blvd & 41) and I'm in North Cape Coral... I asked a friend if they could recommend someone and they said Pop A Lock, but in my haste, when looking on Google, I called a similarly named place that advertised flat rate + $5 for using debit/credit BUT it would be 1 hour to an hour and a half wait for someone to get to her....not good! I started looking again and finally called the right place. They called back in less than 10 minutes and said they could have someone there in 30. Sure enough, they were there in 30 minutes, popped the lock, collected $50 and life was good again! That saved me a nearly 2 hour round trip--Thank you for the spiffy service!!

We lost our key with the remote on it. I called the dealer and was shocked at the price plus the key had to be ordered and tow the truck to the dealer. The dealer actually told me to call Pop a lock. More than satisfied especially compared to the dealer. No tow and he made the key that day. Thank you soooo much.

Chuck and Gail are such a great team. It takes her longer to write up the ticket then for him to pop the lock. My handle broke on my old Sport trac so I couldn't open the door so he went to passenger side and got in. They are so calming when your upset and in a pickle. The dispatcher even tried to solve the problem with my electronic lock before he sent them. Fast and Efficient I was only a few minutes late getting to work. Thank you.
