Called and asked about getting help getting into my house after being locked out at 10 at night. Was told he couldn’t take any cards.. only cash or check, because his truck with his machine in it was in walterboro. Was hung up on while talking. Would not recommend this person!

They are very professional. Answered phone gave time they arrived early got us in car no problems. The other company didn't answer phone. Wasn't open or on call even web site said 24 hour emergency service. If your locked out in collenton county call JAMES they are the best in county!
