The front door was nearly impossible to open, and the key snapped in half in the lock. Horseshoe Lock & Key was able to come to the residence very quickly, and was exceedingly helpful! The old lock was very poor quality which is why the key snapped in half, and I ended up getting a new lock cylinder and several new keys. The door is easy to open now! Loved hanging out with Paul! I figured the security chip in my key had given up the ghost. In calling around, I was referred to Horseshoe from another locksmith. Paul came out the same day and ascertained the key was unlikely to be the problem. He said it was more likely a worn out ignition. He laid out the different options I had available to fix or bypass the problem and didn't pressure me to go with a higher dollar repair.
