Lenny was extremely patient after we opened the car doors but couldn't use the trunk button to pop it open, and the car didn't have the option to push the rear seats down. He left and did some extra research and sent us a video that finally helped. In conclusion, it was worth every penny.

I reached out to Lenny after googling for a locksmith because I liked his reviews, so I figured I'd give him a try. I needed a locksmith because my front storm door got jammed and would not open no matter what we did. We even took off the hardware and it was still jammed. I called Lenny first thing the next morning and he came over nearly immediately and quickly started to fix the issue. He was able to unjam the door (which was not an easy task) and put new hardware on it in no time at all. His price was reasonable, the work was done exceptionally well, and he was able to solve the problem and leave me with a brand new working door lock all within about an hour from my initial call to him. He was professional and very knowledgeable! I would highly recommend Lenny to anyone!

I locked myself out of my house and I had called 3 locksmiths prior to calling Lenny’s locksmith. They kept promising me that they would be at my house shortly. I ended up waiting in my car for 5 hours and none of them ever showed up. After I waited I ended up trying Lenny’s locksmith and he got to my house in about 15 mins. Wish I would have called him first. The service was great and he even made a copy of my house key right in his truck for me. The only thing negative was the price was pretty expensive.

When our keypad died and locked us out of our house, we were obviously pretty upset. We were tired from working all day, had groceries sitting outside, and a lonely dog stuck inside. We called Competition, figuring we'd be waiting a few hours for them to show up. Not only did the technician arrive ahead of the time he gave, he was incredibly nice and professional. He answered all our questions, and even installed another lock on the door so we could have temporary security until we could get a replacement. He was also very sweet to our big dog, who of course ran to the door as soon as he got it open! Very responsive and professional. Lenny answered first try calling. We just had a lock repair issue so wasn’t urgent but was able to make it out next day.
