Our office needed a door to be re-keyed and had another problem lock we wanted to have looked at. Chris came out that same afternoon even though we had said it wasn't a rush. Chris was very friendly and professional, he quickly examined the lock we were having a problem with, re-keyed another door and cut us numerous keys. The job also presented challenges that added a lot of time to what should've been a quick fix, and he never even charged me extra labour. He even gave me a ride to the bank to spare me the walk. He was friendly, took his time and of the job right, had everything he needed on hand to mitigate the problems that arose. We emailed Patrick's Locksmith on Sunday evening about our front door lock and within 15 minutes Chris called us in response to our email. This was just the start of exceptional service as who responds to email inquiries so quickly these days? We explained our issue with the lock and Chris said he would do his best to come to our house the next day. True to his word, he called us before dropping by on Monday. He was very honest that we didn't need our entire door handle/locking system replaced and just repaired the issue with our lock. He was a pleasure to deal with and within 15 minutes was done! I had an attempted break-in and called them to install additional dead-bolts and have my locks rekeyed as suggested by the police. Chris came and checked my place out (doors front and back) and told me the setup I had was just fine. He suggested I get a 2 x 4 that could be placed between the door and stairs. He said 2 more deadbolt was really overkill. He said I really didn't need his services and he didn't want to sell me products I really didn't need! I was absolutely amazed at his honesty and candor! I was so impressed with him because it would have been so easy for him to install the deadbolts and new keys and charge me several hundred dollars. But he didn't and I am so grateful for his honesty! It is such a rare thing to find such an honest person in business today! I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND Patrick's Locksmith Service. A man with honesty and integrity is unfortunately a rare thing today. I tried to pay him for his time and he refused my money! It renews my faith in humanity to meet such an honest, decent man!! 5 stars all the way!!!

I had been panicking because I had tried for around half an hour to jiggle my key, and couldn’t get in my house. Luckily, Chris was the one who answered my call. I came home on a Friday evening around 6:00pm with my 13 year old son only to find out that the batteries on our keyless entry door lock from our garage to mudroom had died.
