I called Patrick's at 4:30 pm on a Tuesday with an inquiry. Chris answered the phone while he was on a call he said he'd come by to have a look as soon as he finished. Chris made a few reconmendations and provided a quote. His price was very fair so I said yes expecting he'd return on another day. But, he went out to his vehicle, got all the parts and stayed to do the job. He was here until 7 p.m. Chris' service was excellent, quality of the products used was excellent, and the quality of his work was excellent. First rate customer service! Highly reconmend using Patrick's Locksmith & Security.

Called Chris when I was stuck at my retail location with our locks not unlocking. He was quick, polite and even when I was worried on a Sunday that we wouldn't be able to reach anyone, he was able to fix our lock and door before we closed up for the night. Lock was broken and we couldn't get in the house. It was evening but they answered immediately when we called. They arrived quickly and got us in! Had them replace the lock as their cost was cheap enough that it wasn't practical to do it ourselves. Service guy was polite and professional.

A quick phone call around 9 p.m. had a immediate answer by a gentleman named Chris, who had me looked after in a couple minutes once arrived on the scene and within 30 minutes from the time I had originally placed the call. Highly recommended to anyone with locksmith and security needs.

Chris was amazing. Broke the key off in the lock and he came out same day to help me out. Previous keys never worked well so he cut three new ones that work perfectly. Also asked about replacing the lock, and he suggested keeping the original as it was a great lock already and would be the cheaper solution. Great place and amazing service.
