Needed to get the key chip in a replacement remote for my 2010 Mazda 3 programmed. Cody was great to deal with. He programmed the chip and I wound up buying a second key, which he supplied, cut and programmed (remote and chip) at a very fair price. I highly recommend these guys. Great service!!

Today nearing 5 pm, I managed to lock myself inside my upper unit. I called The Masters Locksmiths, the office manager said he'd hurry to contact Cory the service tech on the road. Cory phoned me moments later, said he be there in 10 min. Less than that, he showed up. Immediately, he opened the door for me. Explained the lock process to me and showed me the problem with the one I had purchased earlier, at a discount store, that malfunctioned. He had a strongly assembled lock on board and offered it, at a reduced price than the average hardware departments pricing. Which aided in the cost of the service call, ended being very reasonable, in all. Ive paid as much for a service call from other companies, minus the brand new lock. Very professionally and personally identifiable information from the beginning discussion. They also team work to run 24/7 servicing, working well after 5 pm but, only charged me for the day shift schedule, because I phoned just before 5pm. This company has very positive work ethics, know how, fast service and are professionals you can count on. Thank you very much.

Absolutely and most truly the best service one could receive. Hadn’t slept in 3 days due to homework, and locked myself out as a result of my keys being left on my bed. Locking the door from the inner side’s knob and promptly closing the door without the keys to my place and car, which ironically was the only other place holding a spare key. Caleb straight came through and helped me in my disoriented sleep deprived state, even going as far as phoning me after, to make sure I didn’t forget (can’t remember exactly what) just in case. Also, open 24h and allows e-transfer which is pretty nice. Would recommend to anyone looking for reliable and quick service.

After having been told a second key would be at least $350.00 at the used car dealership from which I bought my vehicle I decided to ask around. The Dodge dealership was more than the used car place. I ended up with a recommendation to Niagara Region Key Masters. Not only was it significantly less cost it was superior service to everywhere I called. I was in and out within 20 minutes new working key in hand!!! The best part is it is owned by a local guy! This is the only place to go for any key/lock issues!

This company is new to the Niagara region, I found it through a flyer in the mailbox. When I went to get help with my key fob they explained everything that was wrong and helped me to get a new one. They programmed and cut it in like 30 minutes maybe less. They were super nice and very fast. Definitely going back if I ever need a key fob or lock smith.

Great little business, they program keys, have replacement key fobs and even pats key chips! They programmed an aftermarket key for my pickup successfully and have great customer service! Definitely recommend. Will be a repeat customer for sure.
