Frank is extremely professional . My husband and I were very happy with his services. He was very punctual. He did all the re keying for us in the new home we bought and he went out of his way to make time to do this for us. We had him come back to install a new door handle and lock for us on our front door as we were so happy with his service the first time. I admired Frank’s professionalism and he is very skilled at what he does, I also really appreciated how personable he was. Frank has VERY good prices compared to the other lock smiths in the area that we had called when we were getting quotes . Other lock smiths wanted to charge me extra fees for coming out to do it on a weekend .I would recommend Frank to anyone and I know that they would be just as happy as I was with his service. I know if we need any more work on our locks or doors we will definitely call Frank !! Thank you for your great service Frank :) After buying our first home in this crazy housing market and we had called around to other lock smiths in the area to get prices for re keying our doors the other lock smiths were pricing us at double and some triple the price of what Frank quoted us. We are so grateful that we could get this done at a lower cost and save money that we were able to use for other things in our new home. The price that Frank quoted us on the phone was the price that we paid, there were no hidden fees at all ! He was very loyal to his word and I really appreciated that. It’s hard to find people like that now a days

He was absolutely AMAZING. Even on a saturday night he didn't charge me extra like most companies would for after-hours. He charged a very affordable student discount almost 1/5 of what other lock smiths wanted! He arrived within 20 minutes of my phone call and unlocked the door in less than 5 minutes! Worst service, very rude gentleman answered the phone. I asked if I could call him back as I was receiving a call and he told me that I couldn't as it was late. So I asked him to just come out now and he said he had been drinking and it would have to wait until morning. If you run a 24 hour emergency business don't be irresponsible, or have other employees for when this happens.
