Ernesto is amazing!! I called 3 different places before coming here and the all basically either couldn’t help me or refused to help me, which I understand but I was still upset. I almost gave up hope but Ernesto was so kind and patient and had my lock fixed within an hour!! And he was even able to make a set of keys to replace the one I lost. And the person who answered the phone (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name) was also extremely kind and helpful. So grateful for this place

The guy was an expert. He made a copy of key that was broken into 2 pieces at no extra cost.

They had some parts that I needed on hand, and what they didn't have, they either ordered or we're able to fashion material so that it worked for my lock boxes. And the price was less than I would have thought!!! Because he made you I would highly recommend this company for your commercial and specialty lock applications.
