HANDS DOWN BEST SERVICES!! Paul went out of his way to save the day when he was not technically required to. He was prompt and on time. I was locked out of my apartment two days in a row (Don’t ask!). The second time my key was stuck and broke in the lock the day after (was not his fault as he did warn me my lock needed to be replaced). He was kind, patient, and generous. He not only was willing to help me back in but also provided me with a new lock and key with spare. Without him I would have been in serious trouble. AAA did not help me when I have premiere services and my landlord wasn’t available. I do not have family here and he saved the day as if he was family. Thank you Paul!!!! If I could give him 0 stars I would! I called to see if the gentleman can help me open the truck of my car. He said he could and he wanted me to come to his shop on Clinton. When I arrived at the Locksmiths shop, he was not there. I called him to let him know I was there. He told me he took a job around the corner and if I want I can stay there and wait on him or I can come back to the shop later. I told him that he knew I was on the way and I didn’t think it was right for him to tell me to come and he leaves. I also stated that I had somewhere to be in the next 30 minutes to a hour and I could not wait in the car with my one year old twins. I told him that I don’t think it right that I have to come back later, when I’m at the shop now. I ask him could come to my place after he finished his job, he agreed. He called me a hour later and told me he was 20 minutes away. I told him I was downtown and I would meet him there in 20 minutes. He said no meet me at my show. I stated again that I was on the way home and I would be there in 20 minutes. He hung up the phone in my face. Not good customer services guys!

Had a problem with our door lock on a very old home that's had multiple replacements in that door frame. It was a Sunday night, and felt too uneasy waiting until the next day to get it taken care of. Buffalo Mobile Locksmith was open 24 hrs and had good reviews so I called them first. So glad I did. They quickly sent over a friendly guy named Shawn that knew just what to do, and he got it taken care of in minutes. He also replaced a lock on our backdoor to match a key that we had. Great service and would recommend. We will definitely call them again for some future lock repair we will need!

I needed a new lock cylinder for my 2007 Camry after a spare key was stolen, I called here and spoke with Paul- he was awesome, very personable, took care of things for me very fast and after an issue with my trunk cylinder having a piece break off accidently from ware, Paul went out to a junk yard and pulled a new trunk lock for me and everything and didn't even charge me any extra! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Last Friday I stopped by and had a cabinet lock that I wanted to get keyed like another lock I already had. Upon looking at the lock, Sean (or is it Shawn??) said he would not be able to do it due to a rivet that was not giving. I asked about just getting a new key made to work the lock and left the lock there. 10 minutes after I left Friday afternoon, Sean called and said he was able to get past the rivet and would be able to use the older key to make the lock work. Today (Monday), I returned and Sean had the old lock removed and rekeyed with a new lock in about 15 minutes. I waited and walked out with the lock/keys and a great experience.

Not professional at all called him on 12/18/20 to come and get me in my car and to make me a key because I lost me key told me that 2:00pm would be fine, it was 2:15 I called him and he said he was at least a half hour away I told him that we would have to reschedule for tomorrow at 10am okay that’s fine, 12/19/20 it’s 9:30am I texted him and asked if he was still coming at 10am, he texted back saying he’s finishing up a job then he will be to me at 10:30am at this point I’m frustrated at the fact my appointment was at 10:00am and now he’s not coming till 10:30am mind you he never texted me and told me that he would be late or anything I had to ask, so 10:30am rolls around still no show so I call him and he said he’s finished with his other job and that he’s stopping to grab coffee then he will be to me, WHAT GRABBING COFFEE WHEN MY APPOINTMENT WAS AT 10:00am, at this point I’m frustrated so more because I have work at 12pm, so he finally shows up at 11am he was real short with me didn’t explain anything and just started working, he told me it would only take a hour I had to get a ride to work and have someone bring me my car because he took 3 hours to make one key terrible customer service and poor service I will not use his service again

I’ve never needed a locksmith until the other day, but after this experience I’ll never call anyone else! I own a VW, a car that works great - until something goes wrong. I lost my only car key in about a foot of snow at the park. (Whoops.) I could not find another locksmith in the WNY area willing and able to come out and try to get in and make a new key. But Paul did! Genuinely good person giving a genuinely good service. You don’t find that much anymore. Cannot thank enough!

I used Buffalo Locksmith a number of times over the years, each time wanting to absolutely love them. Unfortunately, while the 1st experience was really good, the 3 or 4 that followed were not. The deadbolts that were installed did not last more than a few years before they started to jam up or turn more than they should have. Also, I had door handles replaced with a plate & handle that fits over the door in my home to the tune of a few hundred dollars but the installer apparently didn't have the right size so the hole from the original handles were not completely covered allowing hot & cold air to infiltrate my home. To be fair, the times I was not satisfied were not worked on by the owner. The calls were apparently farmed out to other workers due to the owner being busy. If I use them again (& that is a huge IF) I will refuse to allow anybody but the owner to work in my home. I really hope he reads this & hires more skilled workers.

I was locked out of my house after the deadbolt on my home broke (brand new system, I guess it's just cheap... don't use Defiant locks. ANY WAY), I gave them a call and Paul was super nice and said he'd be here in 20 minutes. I was expecting to be put on a list, so I asked if my brother could try to help me first and if I could call him back. He said no problem and to just call him asap. I called him back 10 minutes later and he was over within about 30-40 minutes. Super nice guy. Very easy. He replaced both locks at my request even though he really only needed to change the one. He also gave me some discounts to be nice and help me out. I already might be calling them back soon to look at my super old locks on my front door. If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a replacement keyless start fob April 14th. Less than 1 month later I could not start the car. Called and was told to hard connect the key to the car for it to start and bring it to them. I do that, get to the shop and was told it stopped working because I hadn't started the car more than 8xs in a certain time frame.....that wasn't told to me at the original time of service. Since then there has been multiple times where I have to physically connect the key for the car to start. August 1st the doors wouldn't unlock. I called and was told it's probably the battery and they don't offer lifetime guarantees on the battery! The remote is less than 4 months old! He tells me to bring the car and key to the shop and he'll replace the battery. I hang up frustrated. Use my AAA service to get in the car, have to physically connect the key to get my car to start it, drive from N. Tonawanda to the Clinton & Bailey area and the shop is closed! I call back & he tells me oh well you hung up before I could tell you we don't open until 10am! Worst experience I've ever had with a locksmith of any sort!

So, I have this tenant who moved out, she was a druggie and I want to make sure that the locks are changed. I call Eran, he says he can come on Saturday, which is very convenient for me. He shows up on time, and I show him my mess of doors and locks. He rekeys the whole building, replaces the broken locks and replaces the keyed locks on the bathroom (!!!???) with correct passage lock. Now tenants have a simple secure system to get into their apartments without 4 keys. Two days later I notice that one of the doors that he rekeyed, but did not change is not working correctly. Eran makes a special trip, repairs the mechanism which was not his problem and won't charge me. This guy is the best, and he is fast, congenial and cooperative. I HIGHLY recommend him. I found a new and competent locksmith. Thank you.
