If you want a key these awesome people have it. I needed a key for a filing cabinet that was 40 years old. It has been out of production and the manufacturer had no parts. I called Biggar's and they had a key on file and made me 2 copies. Fast friendly and very knowledgable. Best of the best.

Going on 10 years as a landlord and 5 as a business owner with a large shop, I require; and go through, many keys and locks. I stopped into this shop, on a whim, while running errands in Niagara Falls and I am so happy that I did. They have the most friendly and knowledgeable staff. Their prices blow Canadian tire or anywhere else, for that matter, out of the water. I have truthfully gone into this place with 20 different keys (vehicles, padlocks, houses, utilities and more) and come out 20 minutes later and absolutely shocked by the price (in a good way). They definitively go the extra mile. They have actually come out to my vehicles to test the keys for me. Today I bought 10 padlocks for my business and it was 1/2 the price I would have paid online. I have not had to used their mobile services, but if they are half as good as their in-house team, you are in good hands.

I was a bit down on my luck I attended next door to Biggar's key shop at Project Share. It was 330 pm I was waiting in -1 freezing temperatures the bus was coming at 350. I was so desperately cold I went into Biggar's I left my groceries outside I asked the man very politely if I could wait in the shop because I was getting frost bit on my toes. I will quote the man who was safety behind PPE. He said " No sorry you will have to wait at project share cause of covid you know. We just can't have a bunch of you all hanging around." I begged him cause I was frozen I told him project share was closed he still refused I was the only person around. The man working treated worse than a dog it's clear and completely obvious that it has nothing to do with covid rather a prejudice against people who attend at project share.

I drove over an hour around town looking for help with a new Lincoln Navigator key before being directed to Biggars after my local mechanic couldn’t help me with my key. Very frustrated I walked in and was greeted by an employee named Adam. I handed him the blank key that I brought with me and my master Lincoln key. While we were talking in less then 2-3 minutes he cut the key. My dealership was going to charge me $250 to do the programming for the key and he offered to do the same for much less and then he asked if I had all the keys with me and I told him I did not. I told him I had a second key at home and usually that would’ve been the very end of the story. I will say a second time that the staff members name was Adam because I want you to understand that I was having a really miserable month, week and day and I want you to know who changed my day. I didn’t let him know or show this but I’ve experienced horrific losses in the last couple of months, employment changes, health issues, accidents and other. He didn’t know any of this but he opened himself up and showed me a lot of kindness. I told him I didn’t have the second key with me and within 30 seconds he had me mark down the few quick sequences on how to let the truck program the key all by itself. Yes they lost a single sale but they will now get all of my local business. Thank you Adam and Biggars for giving me incredible service and all of my future business is yours. God Bless. Stephen
