My key fob was going haywire and originally I called my dealership about my extended warrenty for my key fob, they told me I had to pay a 500 dollar deductible 1st. I said no thank you and hung up. So then I was told to call a locksmith. So I looked one up for my area. I saw all the wonderful high rated reveiws so I decided to give them a call. It was the best call ever. I got in touch with Bobby. He was so nice. He worked within my schedule and was able to come to me. All he needed was the year and make and model of my vehicle. He gave me a very reasonable price. It was very workable. He was able to get to me way before my husband was to leave for work. Well the key fob works great. And he even went as far as removing the battery of the orig. fob so it wouldn't interfere in my doors locking us out. I totally recommend Alta Locksmithing and if you get Bobby your in great hands. It was simple. He was professional and polite. He programmed the key fob and gave me a receipt that went straight to my phone. Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! Thank you so much! Save yourself time and check them out. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Today i had a front door electronic lock installed. Bobby did the work. He showed up 5 minutes early. He was very professional. I got few quotes and alta had the best price. The other store didn't even have a lock to fit my thick door so they would have had to order it. Plus they wanted fifty dollars more. After bobby finished the lock which was done in a half hour cleanup and all he made me a chipped car key for 70 dollars less than ford wanted. And then for free he hooked me up with the code for my keyless entry on my vehicle. Ford wanted fifty for that to. So overall it was fast, professional and a money saving experience. I recommend them to everyone. Thanks Bobby.

Wow! Bobby was on time, friendly, professional and efficient at programming a chip key for my vehicle. The dealership quoted $130 for a key, required an appointment and said that it would take 1 to 2 hours to get a key (West Herr Toyota in OP). Bobby provided a key for $55.00 and it took 10 mins. I highly recommend!!!

I can not say enough about the service I received. We are all enduring much amidst this pandemic and on top of it I lost my cherished mother. Nothing is going right and then my car key fob snaps off. I live in Buffalo had to be in Rochester for an appointment regarding my mom’s estate, called dealer to find it would cost about $400 for a key. Called Alta, $200 and he was in my driveway in 20 minutes. Not much has been positive for me lately but this experience was. Anyone requiring locksmith service PLEASE LOOK NOWHERE ELSE.
