Service: Make an additional truck key Price: $200 cash (Taxes included) Tony had the job done about 1 hour after I first called. Free of charge Tony offered to lube the door hinges and key holes aswell as give me a spare key exclusively to open my door incase I accidentally lock my keys inside someday. His price seemed average compared to all other services in the area and $100 cheaper than having it done at my dealership. He comes to your home at your convenience and provides fast and quality service I would recommend his services.

I lost my keys to the fuel tanks of my truck and was 4 hours from home and low on fuel. Peterbilt dealership said my options were to drill the lock or cut the caps off. I called Ace Locksmith and left a message. Tony returned my voice mail quickly and was out at my truck within 15-20 min. He was able to cut me new keys on the spot! I am very unhappy with the service which was provided by this company. The owner was very disrespectful towards me when I was simply asking a question and I think it was very unnecessary. Would definitely not recommend this company and I will definitely not be using them in the future.

Hopefully needing to replace a vehicle key, is something I'll never have to do again. If I have to, it'll definitely be through Ace Mobile. I highly recommend.

Today- July 20-2018/ 8:30am I called Tony as I lost my car keys and needed to be at work for 12:15 as well as drop off my four very young kids at daycare. He was here by 10:15am, called to let me know he was on his way and was AMAZING to deal with. He has a personality that can be a clash with some other personalities but none the less he was great. He was quick, efficient, and cheap! He came, programmed my key, and went. He also gave me a free key in case I lock my key in my car. Locked my keys in my car early morning, called this company spoke with Tony. He gave me a ridiculous rate but I was desperate so I agreed, after waiting over and hour I managed to unlock the door myself using a coat hanger. Called his number 4 times to tell Tony his services were not needed and only received voicemail is full. Got to work the next night to be told he called my work and told them I owed him money! Am very upset and will be calling the better business bureau in the morning. From the looks of it this is not his first complaint. DO NOT GO HERE EVER

Tony does amazing work, I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a locksmith, I had my key break off in my ignition 2006 cobalt ss I brought my car to him and in a matter of minutes he had the piece out! I was baffled by the crazy skills he has. Tony also made me a spare key with the exact groves and patterns as my old key incase I ever lose my existing ones, He even programmed the chips in my new keys to match the electric current to start my car if you pay attention you’ll learn something you didn’t know was possible,Great work and even a greater guy! Terrible experience with Tony. He quoted me an expensive rate and in my desperation to get to work I agreed. When he arrives he then adds 40% of original quote. Tries desperately to avoid a receipt for his business and then adds another 13% for a grand total of 53% more than the quote. His competitor was half his quoted rate and only 30% of his demanded rate!! I had to refuse this shifty shaded business... And now will call Better Business Bureau.

key got stuck in the ignition of a high security car. John came highly recommend, and saved the day. Everything was fixed, and price was less than the part alone from the dealership, nevermind we would of had to have it towed. It was an upsetting experience. The service man who came out took full advantage of the vulnerable situation I was in. He was insulting and rude. If I hadn't been in such a desperate situation I wouldn't have used them. I don't recommend them to anyone.

Needed a key for my truck I was quoted 160$ by Tony. I ended having to reschedule the day (left my wallet in the car and husband had the car, had to leave home to help my mother inlaw) Thank God I did!! I ended up getting a quote via email from another company for 20$...wow Tony, talk about being taken advantage of. He called from a cellphone so when I texted him to let him know I'd get back to him later about a time this was the absolutely condescending rude message he left: "I am not between the ages of 12 and 16, don't text me if you want to speak to me like a human being call me. It doesn't seem like you're in a rush and neither am I to get to you."
