Called ahead and asked if they cut steel keys, lady said yes. I confirmed that I did not want brass cut and she said no problem. I drive down there with an original steel blank and they tell me they wont cut it, i said I will buy one of theirs and they did not have the same original blank in the store.. they just have some cheap brass blank with no plastic "Ford" end. I asked them multiple times to help me out and simple answer was no, giving me no good reason, only saying they dont cut anyone else's blanks. The whole time they have some huge German Shepard that barks at me when I enter the store and growls/stares at me from behind the counter like it wants to jump over the counter and attack me. They keep it unleashed and simply tell it to go in another room where it stays for 10 seconds and then comes back out. I love dogs but this 1 made me uncomfortable the whole time. Hey this is just my experience. What a waste of time.

I called to ask them to come out and fix two doors. The man on the phone was so rude I had to tell him I would call a different place . He acted annoyed asking me questions and so rude ! I can’t believe they do any business.

Had to change all the locks at my parents house. The young lady who I talked to said to bring over the locks and she could change them out. It was quick and easy. Definitely recommend for your locksmith needs.
