I don't know about their repair and shine service but this is a convenient location to pick up polish and supplies. Owner/staff is fine not very friendly or helpful but if you know what you are looking for it doesn't matter.

Rude service. Making a copy of a key which cost 5.64. I give exact change in twoonies loonies and some change. He complained this is not a convenient store. He is a store with a cash register. Take the money it's the same money we all use. Horrible attitude.

Really awful. Charged a lot of money for a paint job with new sole stuck on top of old cracked sole. Very deceptive.

Do not go here. I gave them two chances and both times were unhappy. Most recently I asked for a shoe cleaning and came back to brown stains all over my shoes and marks that looks like the leather was washed with steel wool. There was no offer to repair the error. There are better places near by, this place is not worth the convenience.

The gentleman at this store is such a nice guy, most recently brought in my backpack that had its zipper come off the track and I was looking at spending over $100 to replace it, no problem he fixed it perfectly in 1 day for $15, unreal. He's also repaired a few pairs of shoes for me that are still going, highly recommend.

Closed due to pandemic. This company hasn't updated their website to inform the public that they have shut for the latest lockdown. A part of business and customer service is communication. Moneysworth has always been a great shoe care business, and has long been a staple of the Canadian retail and services world, but they do not even offer online shopping, so what is the public supposed to do? The one star is mainly for the fact that it's not open, so what is there really to rate?

Over priced place. $70 to put an extra rubber bottom seems pretty steep. And when I say I will think about it, the owner started speaking foreign language. I wouldn’t recommend!

i took a shoe in to have the stitching redone. The proprietors name is IHOR, not SAM, He seemed perplexed when I called him SAM. Anyway the work was done within two hours and the stitching repair was excellent, i can't tell the difference between the shoes. IHOR thanks very much for the great job.
