The customer service representatives I spoke with were very kind, helpful and understanding people. I just think this company needs to be more upfront about their prices and time frames. They said the fee would be $70, it ended up being $195. The person showed up 30 minutes after they said they would. I understand this is a niche market, however, I did not appreciate them low balling the price at first or the fact that it took them less then 1 minute to get into the house and they charged that much. Again, I understand the niche market.

I called for a quote and was told a tech would call me back with specific pricing. When he called, he would not tell me how much a lock would cost; instead he needed to come over and see our door. The tech should be willing to share the price of locks before they come by and automatically charge $45 for the visit with a $29 service fee. After being pressed for more info he quoted $125 as the cheapest lock option. You can buy a decent lock at Home Depot for $50. This is a scam.

Place doesn't have a legitimate location, or at least not one visible in the photo, the prices they quoted where outrageous and upon further research I found that they where a known scam and respond to many other names and the other 5 star reviews shown here are fake please do not accept services from these people nor let them anywhere near your house. I implore you if you see this to do lots of research as there are a scary amount of scams just like this out there. Just an update according to according to Google maps they close at 8 however we where speaking to them after and upon searching through the map there is no physical location for the locksmith.
