Very fast and very nice people. Everything was completed within couple hours of initial contact.

DO NOT CALLL!!!!!The man quoted me $98 to remove keys from my car or $200 if i take insurance incase he breaks the window. After looking into the window of my car he tells me there is a $50 service call fee???? the lady says its a standard charge for an inspection. This man took over 20 mins to arrive and CAA came in 15 mins at leastCAA was honest they say up to 30min. The guy from CAA laughed so hard when i told him they tried to charge me $200 just to get out the keys

So freaking overcharged and expensive. They charge me over 400 dollars for picking a lock! How insane!

If only I could give 0 star, never trust this company. Bunch of lying, deceiving and unprofessionals. They claimed the rate over the phone and then charged something else for not even doing anything I had to pay over $100 for just standing there for 15 mins. Biggest regret! Stay away from this company!

Shyster, lying, cheating, fraudster company & lock technician. If I could give a Zero, Negative & Minus star review I would. It took the shaddy locksmith to arrive in 1.5 hrs. after call in unmarked car (no company signage/logo). WAY OVERCHARGED me $430 for picking 2 simple manual garage locks (15-min. of work). Totally took advantage of me under stress, being locked outside of my home. And did not even provide a proper invoice after job. I got a Visa receipt charged by a unrelated company (called Brother & Brother Service) that only shows Totals. No invoice with detailed breakdown of each lock task. Most deceitful, untrustworthy & fraudulant. How is it that this company is still in business?
