Apparently they have a service agreement with the building I live in. Yet still charge 255$ to unlock. Our own security doesn’t even have access to our units. I don’t trust them.

This place stood me up and wasted my entire night. They were confirmed to do a housecall rekeying. When they didn’t show up, I’d call their call Center who said they would get a hold of them. No one came and I sat in the lobby of my Condominium waiting. Waste of time and didn’t have the courtesy to say they have to reschedule.

Excellent and prompt service on opening and resetting the lock on my safe. Very impressed by the professionalism and courtesy shown by Sky who undertook online research to see if it were possible to recut the key. Also great work by Tom on servicing the safe itself.
