When I was in Victoria a few weeks ago, I locked my keys in my car. I was so exhausted from a long ferry ride. Thankfully Mr. Locksmith Victoria was to the rescue and got me back in my car fast so I could get moving. What a lifesaver!

We had an appointment scheduled for Saturday February 9 to replace an old mortise lock on our door. No one showed. We called multiple times to find out what was going on, but no one answered or bothered to return any of our calls. Not impressed.

It’s like everyone says, this company does not answer their phone, they do not return messages, they do not return emails, they do not return inquiries submitted via the form on their website. Amusingly they seem to think they have been the victim of some kind of “review scam”, but it’s obvious in looking through the reviews that all of their potential customers have the same experience: they get ignored, and they are unhappy about it.
