Wow, so nice to have such an excellent locksmith like Adam and Arcadia. I've benefited from Adam's fantastic expert and affordable work on two occasions now. I bought a new-to-me used car that only came with one key but no remotes. I quickly discovered how shockingly high the dealerships charge to buy a new remote and how some locksmiths aren't licenced to sell and program them. I eventually found Arcadia and Adam was super responsive, friendly and helpful and his price were considerably less than the dealerships. I had thought I'd save some more money by buying an after market back-up remote but it wasn't compatible but Adam sold me one he had at an excellent price, which I really appreciated as I was stuck. I recently wanted to get a back up copy of my actual only key made but I didn't think Arcadia, being a mobile service, could also cut specialty car keys that have the built-in security chip in the plastic piece as well so I tried to get it done at a "reputable" locksmith chain of stores in town. They ended up using to short a length of the metal key part and, while it technically worked, they had to grind the plastic part down and chewed it up and said it was fine, but it would get stuck often and I finally got a refund. I called Adam and he came to house the next day and did it in a quarter of the time I had to wait at the "reputable" locksmith stores. And his price was $45 less! Adam and Arcadia are awesome.

I bought my vehicle used and it did not come with remotes, and one of the keys provided does not work all the time. Adam found a compatible remote, came to my apartment, cut and programmed a new key, and programmed the remote. Now I can unlock the hatch and passenger door without having to go to the driver's door and I have a working spare key! I'm very happy with the service and I'd recommend Adam to anyone with a lock or key problem.

Adam responded to a call quickly when we were locked out of our apartment. (defective lock) He talked us through, and came up with best solution. Although he was fully booked on weekend, he took the time. He was only locksmith of about 10 that returned our call.. Noone else did. He connected us with an after hours locksmith. Problem solved.
