Locked out of the garage with a dead key pad and no deadbolt key to unlock the door. Called dispatch and had Vincent return my call within 5 minutes and was on site within the hour. He tried to save the mechanism to unlock the door and explained as he went along what work was required and why there maybe a bigger issue. Charged as originally quoted even though more work was needed. Call center could be more clear on the basic pricing when you call in otherwise technician Vincent was excellent professional and friendly. Got the job done that I needed. Will definitely call them directly if I ever need lock services again.

I found this company on a website offering to beat all other companies prices. It claimed a call out fee of only $25.00. When the technician got there he told me that there is an additional charge of $150 per hour. As he was already there I had him re key 2 deadbolt locks. For his 20 minutes of work he charge me $250.95. This add is very dishonest and the price for this service is very high in comparison to other companies that I have used in the past. I will not be using them again.

My neighbour locked herself out of her apartment this evening, & she doesn’t have internet access or a cellphone, so she asked if I could call a locksmith for her. I called a few places for quotes and chose River City Keys - the dispatcher was courteous & professional, and dispatched a technician right away. The technician was excellent - he called within minutes of the dispatch & said he’d be at the building within 30 minutes, texted me on his way over, and got here earlier than the promised time. He then got to work on my neighbour’s deadbolt and got her into her unit in short order, and the cost of his excellent and friendly service was really reasonable, and cheaper than the other quotes we’d gotten! I’d recommend using this locksmith service anytime!

I didn't have my keys with me and my keypad just happened to run out of batteries, locking me out of my home. A technician showed up within an hour and swiftly got my door open and replaced my lock. Great service and fairly priced, I would recommend.

Of course my deadbolt rips itself to pieces on the coldest day of the year. Stuck outside and googling locksmiths... I called RCK. 40 min later I was inside my house. Sweet! Technician was super friendly and knowledgeable. He took a picture of the lock as he’d never seen one broken in such a way; wanted to show his boss. Clearly invested and interested in his job. He installed a new deadbolt and fine-tuned both doors. In and out in about 20-25 min. Thanks to RCK for quick and professional service on this bloody freezing day! A++

The technician was great, showed up quickly, let me know approximately how much it would cost, and that it might take a while to be able to get back into my house. Managed to get me back in super quickly, and didn’t have to drill out my deadbolt like he originally thought. Will be having him re-key my locks in the future, and hopefully I don’t ever lock myself out again, but if I do this is who I will be calling.
