Wonderful Service. We recently moved into a new house and the clerk suggested we bring our lock in to change our keys instead of buying a whole new lock. Google says that this store is closed on Saturdays but they are open until 5:00PM! We went in and it was done in 10 minutes! Couldn't recommend enough.

I had an issue with my "bolt lock" on my apartment door, I had a few guys fix and even replace it (building janitor and then another locksmith) it was a nightmare, a guy from here came in and saw what was wrong in seconds, fixed it up and explained how my door was actually off as well. Will definitely call these guys from now on as they clearly know their s##t!

Customer service is very bad. went to get a special key cut for a master lock. They said they had the key at they other location in ville st-laurent. went to ville st-laurent, they told the key is at sources. they made me run back and forth and a few times, then i got fed up. they don't know where their inventory is and they have no respect for the customers time. I decided to give them a second chance and went to see about commercial locks. i was having trouble opening a door because of the cylinder. They told me the entire mechanism needed to change. Handles and cylinder. I went to another locksmith that gave me graphite to put in the lock instead (way cheaper). It worked, no more problems... save yourself time and money. Don't go to Securkey.

Expensive. Needed passenger latch, said it was a special part, did not have in stock, not found in hardware store. I found the part in local hardware store, easily, did repair myself. They were quick in arrival, but wasn't impressed with locksmith attitude. Was here for 25 minutes, charged $185 plus taxes. Unfortunately, felt taken advantage, since locksmith don't rely on emergency repeat business.

Went in with a messed up, broken Hyundai key. It was bad, there were chunks missing and everything. I was looking at a big bill to get the dealership to make me a new set of "laser-cut" keys. I asked the girl behind the counter what they could do and $8 later I got a perfect working copy of my mess of a key. Can't recommend them enough.
