They were very helpful when my family and I locked ourselves out of our home. The person answered the phone went and found someone to help us, and called me black in 10 minutes as promised. Someone was at our house in around 30 minutes. Great service and highly recommend them.

On the 14/07/2020 I attended the Beeler Security Service office and spoke with a very polite man at the counter. I explained my situation with him and requested their service. I was asked to provide them with some photos of locks that I needed changed and the would provide me with a quote. When I returned home I provided the necessary photos. The next day Mike contacted me and advised me of the price, which I found to be very reasonable, and advised that he could attend the next morning. Mike was on time, very professional and very efficient in changing all the locks as requested. I would not hesitate to use the company again and would recommend them highly to anyone that needs work with their locks.

So I had a key from a European lock (on a boat), and I thought it was going to cost a lot of money to get some spare keys. I went in to Beeler, they found a key that was nearly identical to mine, modified it to make an exact match, and I left with two keys for $5!!! Both keys worked perfectly. Just one star because there are no minus stars. They will come and install quickly enough, but if something goes wrong, you are out of luck. Our electronic lock stopped working after about 8 months, called them at least 6 times so far and I've yet to see anyone show up. Decided to fix it on our own and get a new lock. Not good customer service at all.

You may not need a locksmith often, but when you do, you really need them. These guys are great. I came with a very rare key blank that needed to be cut, and they were able to pull it off with the manual machine. Very few places can actually cut keys anymore -- department stores will only have "cartridges" that are limited to the most common keys. Beeler were super friendly, fast and affordable. I recommend supporting them whenever you need a locksmith because having them around is a real asset.

Great service! I called them ahead of time and asked whether they have Schlage CE key blanks and they did. The place looks like a serious key emporium, I never saw so many keys in one place. A young gentleman made 3 copies for me in one minute, while folks at Home Depot, Kent, Canadian Tire didn't have proper key blanks and made me keys that were not working. It is a clear example of a need for a specialized place like this one! I highly recommend it to anyone who needs help with locks and keys.
