I called and was quoted 60.00$ to come unlock a basement door we couldn’t find the key for. When he came at the agreed upon time he was edgy and dis-trusting of payment and so even though we are a business I had to etransfer him immediately from my personal funds rather than him receiving payment even 1hr later or the next morning as it was 6pm. He charged 75$ as his service fee instead of the quoted 60.00 and was unprofessional in his communication and how he talked about other people not paying him. We would NOT recommend Michael for these reasons.

Mike drove through a snowstorm to help us out and was careful and professional with each step. His van is an impressive rolling workshop and he is prepared for any and every situation. His prices were reasonable and perhaps on the low side for the service you receive in return.

I genuinely cannot be happier with the service that was provided. I was locked out of the Airbnb I was isolating in, and the person who had the spare key was over an hour away. We have a toddler who needed a nap,the perfect storm of annoyance. They arrived within the 30ish minutes stated in our phone conversation, and was able to drill out the lock(with the owners permission) as it was a smart key set-up. All told, took him 15-20 minutes to crack it open, and another 10 to reset the cylinder. Very Impressed. You've made a customer out of me, and I'll be using them in the future.

When the work was finished, he charged me less than was quoted. They both work well as a team and clearly enjoy each others' company. We can not say enough good things regarding the exemplary service we received from this very talented couple.They showed pride in every aspect of their work.They came the same day we called them,worked away quietly and efficiently. They did everything we asked for half the cost of what we expected to pay. They took extra time to make sure everything was working perfectly with each lock and that all keys worked very well.You can not guarantee that kind of service when you order your keys made from Walmart or any hardware store.They took extra time to show me how to clean and maintain an antique .They were reliable,honest ,competent and showed pride in a job well done- a very rare find in today's world.They followed up the next day and again a week later on a specialty item I ordered. I can not say enough good things about the outstanding,amazing customer service we received.Mike is naturally gifted in his profession and his partner Louise ,a great receptionist and excellent worker.They were so positive.It was a pleasure to have them in our home.We would give them the highest recommendation possible to anyone lucky enough to receive this invaluable service.We are very satisfied!!!
