Absolutely amazing service. Talked to somebody on the phone, sent them pictures of my unique situation, and they were able to build a custom deadbolt to meet my needs perfectly. They arrived on site at the bottom end of the quoted time. Fully installed and done within 30 minutes, and I was charged exactly what I was quoted. I would recommend Maximum lock to anybody I know! EDIT: Loved his service, but the locksmith was sick when he came to change the lock and the next day I was feeling ill. Now, two days later, I'm feeling even worse. Service is amazing, but you should be sanitizing your hands constantly if you are sick and working with customers.

I made a quick stop here this afternoon to have 2 spare keys cut. I was in and out within minutes even after picking out 2 cool new key templates for $5.50 each. The young fellow was professional and quick. Tested the keys when I arrived home and they worked perfectly. In the past my keys have not been correctly cut so this was a relief. We have been using this company for many, many years while it was under the previous ownership. Always received great, fair service. Today we did business with this company, and were shocked at the bill we received.The new owners prices are outrageous! For 10 seconds of work (tightening a screw) we were charged $120. ($60 for service call, and another $60 for labor.) What a ridiculous money grab. This is no way to treat valued long term clients. We will be going elsewhere for all our lock and safe servicing needs from here on out.

We had lost our keys to the Lobby mailbox & apartment door. I had set up an appointment for between 9am & 10am. To my surprise, in this day and age of poor customer service, they arrived at 9am. Afterwards on top of the bill I added a tip. Later on I received a phone call from their office manager asking if I was sure about my adding a tip. Quality work & great customer service, of course I leave a tip.

Sebastien the locksmith was very efficient, did the repair and explained everything, including pointing out the builder improperly installed the door; gave me a written note to that effect. We had to get a new key cut for our pick up just recently and a day later we realized that our spare fob was not working so we decided to go back and get it fixed. Three staff were present and they all were ready to help. They opened the fob , replaced the battery and determined that wasn’t the problem. Although they could not fix or replace it they called a contact of theirs, Hussein of Car Tronik, with a mobile business. After some discussion to check if Hussein had a new fob compatible for our pick up they set up an appointment for us with him in their parking lot. We met him 20 minutes later and he set up a new fob in his van and checked that it worked with our pick up. We were satisfied with all aspects of the service from both businesses and were relieved not to have to drive to a dealer for a new fob where we would have been overcharged. Several years ago, I chained a couple garden ornaments to my front patio fence using a combination lock. As we have painters coming, these ornaments needed to be removed and I had long forgotten the combination for the lock. I did a Google Search of how to break a combination lock and was offered several suggestions. Decided I would try the option of using a hammer, which did not work other than destroy the lock, so I had to go to Plan B. We thought of purchasing bolt cutters, but was reluctant to go to store to purchase due to the COVID virus concerns and ordering on-line would take a few days to receive – plus as a senior, probably not a tool we will ever need again. Our next thought was to have someone come and cut the chain. My husband suggested contacting Maximum Lock & Security Ltd. I spoke with a lovely man, Dave and discussed our challenge. He made several suggestions and was so helpful. With his recommendation and bolt cutters, the chain was cut.
