FRAUDSTER ALERT: Be careful when you ask for their pricing. They would not give you a quote when the standard is $100-150 but after they come and unlock, they charge $350 which is 200 more for the simplest lock. It’s one of the oldest tricks in the book! If not, they would nag you in your home like those telemarketing scam calls you get from foreign countries. Very Unprofessional and seems like no ethics.

Amazing experience!! I was so distressed because I locked myself out of my room. We were locked out of our apartment late last night because the batteries on our ‘smart’ lock ran out and nobody had a key????????‍♀️ Michael was quite the savior - he arrived within 20 min of the call and helped us get back inside. Having exhausted the least invasive methods, we had to escalate into a dismantling of the cylinder because there was no other option. And instead of leaving us without a lock overnight, he was able to replace it and model it after our existing keys there and then. He was very efficient, professional and provided excellent service. Words can't express the gratitude I have that this business was still open during the COVID pandemic and was able to get our front door opened. The scenario? I was inside, my teenage son was outside, the front door wouldn't open, there is no other way in or out of the unit safely and the property manager was unavailable due to an emergency. I had also called the after hours contact number for the building was unable to get ANY calls back from their contract services and after 45 min of this back and forth with them, advised me to find a locksmith. I was SO relieved that Anytime Locksmith & Doors picked up my call right away and was at my building with 10-15 min. He was able to get the door open fairly quickly and replaced the broken lock. Fast, skilled and TRULY the ONLY 24/h locksmith in greater Vancouver, he absolutely goes above and beyond to help his customers! I called 5 different locksmiths who advertised as 24/h and not one of them was available. Five stars for Michael! I had a slightly more complicated issue as I was not able to open my front door at all and had no way to get into my place. Michael was able to open the door without damage and identify the issue. He replaced the broken latch, but also noted a few other things that he quickly fixed, even as minor as switching our existing shorter screws to longer screws which are better for the strike plate. He was an absolute professional and very knowledgeable. More importantly, Michael seems to actually care about his craft and workmanship and ensured everything was completed properly, going above and beyond. I would highly recommend him for anyone who needs a locksmith.
