He was early which was refreshing, there’s not many businesses that over deliver. I was impressed by his skill set and how quickly he accomplished opening my condo door, he even tried to rekey my door but unfortunately the previous owners had not installed the lock correctly, so he couldn’t do it. It was early Saturday morning and my situation was very urgent (locked my keys inside of my car...while it was running...in a spot that could potentially block others)...Called a few locksmith numbers and got a couple voicemails, a couple long holds and one advising it would be a 60+ minute wait. I accidentally dropped my keys to the bottom of a lake while I was kayaking. It was Sunday July 19th 2020 around 16:00 when I came back and tried to find a locksmith to open my apartment. I called another locksmith, he showed up in 1.5 hours, and started playing with the lock. He kept changing tools and said that the lock cannot be picked and he should drill it. He gave me very high quote for the job and replacing the lock too. I paid $90 service call to the other locksmith and asked him to leave. (I contacted this company and got a full refund later) At this point it was already around 18:00 and it was becoming late. I found Alex phone number from LocksmithBC online and called him. I explained the situation to him and asked if he could open the lock. He said that if it is not a special security lock, he should be able to open it. He showed up very quickly and when he saw the lock he said this is a normal lock and he can open it. He opened the lock under 10 seconds. He has the tools and cut two new keys for me right there so I did not need to worry about spare keys anymore. He is a real professional and I recommend him since his service is on-time, high quality and very honest. Finally, if you are living in my area you have Alex to call for your locksmith business but if you are anywhere else always ask to see locksmith's license to make sure they are credible. Alex has his license.
