DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The locksmiths scam you (you will overpay by almost 3 times the amount you were told by the dispatcher and you will be told to use cash). If you seek a refund (like I did), they will put you on hold for long periods of time and suggest that you leave a voicemail for their supervisor, who won't call you back. The people running this company are scumbags and it needs to be shut down.

Roger's was recommended to me years ago by a work friend, to get a key for a bike lock, IIRC, and I've been going back for stuff ever since. Yesterday I was in the area, and they reworked two of my house deadbolts for me, one was just not working at all. The work was done fast, and of course it was right. Prices are great, the people are friendly, and when you need a locksmith, Roger's is the place to go.

Brought in a lock cylinder with a key code that I verified from the dealer and they said they could make me a key from the key code. They ended up doing an impression key instead and internally snapped my cylinder pins by applying too much force to the impression key. They then called me and told me I would have to order a new cylinder. What was supposed to be $16 at this shop turned into $154 from the dealer for a new ignition switch. Thanks. Edit: I bumped the rating to 3 stars because this company contacted me and offered to pay for a new ignition switch. I would have made it a 4 star rating if the company would have initially offered to take care of the ignition switch that they had broken. The way I see it is that the 5 star rating was lost when the part was broken but the quality of the customer service would decide the rest. All in all, I am satisfied with the way this business handled this situation in the end.

Absolutely awesome experience! I have a 2006 GTO. In the GTO community the locking cylinder is known to go bad. I bought a new ignition set and took my old one out of the car. They built the new locking cylinder, tumbler and set it up for my key in 30min for $25.

After getting the runaround from a couple other locksmiths in the area, I finally contacted Roger's Safe and Lock. I needed to get a couple of transponder keys programmed and cut for my Jeep Wrangler. I wish I had contacted them first. Very quick and easy. Great customer service and very affordable prices.

My wife stopped here to have two keys made for a 2014 Kia Rio. We had non-transponder blanks. I got a quote from another locksmith, $95 for both and they'd come to our house to do it. I also got a quote from a Kia dealership, $30/key and blanks were included. Rogers Safe and Lock never responded with a quote. They did however, see fit to take advantage of my wife and charge her $40/key even though we already had the blanks. Had I not been working at the time, I would definitely have told her to go somewhere else. I'm extremely unhappy with Rogers Safe and Lock. ????

Awesome customer service and knowledgeable employees. I needed to replace the deadbolt for a commercial glass door. All I had were pictures of the lock and described what was going on and they quickly got me what I needed. The lock cylinder was the exact fit and the verbal instructions they gave me to complete the job were on point. The price for the lock cylinder with 5 keys was way less than what I was quoted from other companies who refused to do business unless I paid for them to come on site and do the repairs. Doesn’t get any better than Roger’s Safe and lock. Thanks again.

Chris came out to Norman and helped my younger sister's best friend with a broken deadbolt. He spent probably an hour with us trying to get it to unlock before eventually just having breaking it, but he replaced it and was able to match her current key to the new lock. I'm sure dealing with three 18-23 women, two of which were having a panic attack, wasn't easy. He kept his cool and I will call here if I am ever in a situation like this again. He was very kind and professional.

I wish I was able to give Roger's safe and lock 0 stars. They don't deserve any stars. I was locked out of my car and over the phone they quoted me $80. But once they came, they said they did not have the appropriate tools for my car and it'll end up costing $300 because of my car (2016 bmw 535). I knew they were trying to jip me, so I denied. Then they said they'll do it for 260. These people are crooks. Do not trust them or hire them.

I unfortunately had the need to have my car key replaced after it broke in half during an emergency. A friend took my key in and they have her a “dummy” key and the coded key and unfortunately the coded key did not work, and neither key unlocked my doors. When I went back about 3 days later they took care of everything, never even asked to see a receipt! They were kind and knowledgeable, made sure both keys worked on everything and got me back on the road. I would definitely recommend them!

Took some special order ignition key blanks to them to be cut for my vehicle and they botched the job ruining the keys and costing me $24.50 (Neither key would turn in the ignition) No refund of any sort was offered; "Sorry" was all I got, at least they could have offered to refund the cost of 'cutting' my licensed blanks. The fact that they offered me nothing was most disturbing...I never write bad reviews; but this business definitely deserves one for the way they treated me.

Sent email question through their website and got answer back within 10 minutes tops! I was surprised by the fast reply. I called and made appt with them to fix lock on my gun safe. The guy on the line was very professional and took detailed info regarding my issue. Mark came out and was very punctual and professional. He was very efficient and explained what was happening and what he was doing as he fixed it. I was (am) very satisfied with his fix and attention to detail. I shouldn't need him for this again for a loooong time, but if I need him for any of my other lock issues, I will definitely call Rogers Safe and Lock!
