I locked myself outside of my car before I was leaving for a 9 hour road trip. Our technician, Andy, arrived within 30 minutes and was super friendly. He knew exactly what he was doing, and knew about a security feature in my Honda that can brick the car if not done correctly. I was quoted around $50 for the unlock and the price did not change once it was completed. I was happy to pay that and provide a tip since the service was so great. I am really thankful for Andy’s skill.

Just because y'all changed y'all name don't mean NOTHING. This company cracked my windshield back in 2016 and the employee lied to his manager (whom I think was in on it) and said he didn't and the manager told me that I couldn't prove it so they weren't going to fix it. I have pictures and everything. I contacted the police and new stations behind they situation but because they technically had permission to assist me the police wouldn't get the parking lot footage from Walmart. Yall can change yall name 1 hundred times I will always make sure I leave a negative review because the people working for yall at the time were shady, low, no integrity having imbeciles.

Needed a replacement key made and reprogrammed to vehicle. It was a dodge vehicle. The tech arrived and after several attempts finally made a key that turned the locks. After about an hour he said he couldn’t program key that the cars computer had locked him out. Charged me $120 for a key that wouldn’t start vehicle and locked the computer on it. After having it towed to dealership they reset the computer and had it done in less than 30 minutes with only a $60 service charge. Don’t trust popalock to program any auto keys!

I needed a jump start. I pay for Geico roadside assistance as an add-on to my car insurance and I used my Geico app to ask for a jump. They sent Pop-A-Lock out and I really liked their communication while they were on the way. They have a website where you can GPS track the person they send your way so you don't have to guess how long it will take. The lady who jumped me was nice and did it quickly. I'm glad Geico is using them, the only other time I tried to use Geico roadside assistance the company they tried to use didn't even respond to Geico's request. For reference, I wont' have to pay Pop-A-Lock since Geico will, but they did send me an invoice as a courtesy and the jump was $51. I'm not sure if that is a "real" rate for someone who just calls them directly or not, or if that's the negotiated rate with Geico they have, but I thought I'd mention it in case it helps anyone.

Really appreciate the sense of urgency the team projects when you deal with them. I called last night to inquire about replacing a chip key that I lost for my vehicle and they immediately put me in contact with Kurt (The locksmith) to schedule an appointment. Kurt was professional throughout the entire experience. He showed up on time (with follow up calls prior to his arrival), and got the job done in less than an hour. It was stress free and worth every penny.

So I'll be honest, I called a different locksmith before I called Pop-A-Lock. They quoted me a price & then got to my house & it doubled. I then called Pop-A-Lock. Listen, they were awesome & professional. Chuck came out & got us a working key quickly & it was cheaper than the 1st company. The answering service & the technician were awesome. I'd definitely recommend them.

We needed to get a key FOB for one car, and a basic key for our other car. I looked around, and people were asking outrageous prices for them. I was lucky enough to find Pop-A-Lock. My schedule is all over the place, but Kurt was always friendly and professional, worked with my schedule, and had everything we needed done in under 20 minutes---at a much better fee than I could find anywhere! I highly recommend them for everyone who needs keys and FOBs made!

It's always unfortunate and a little disconcerting when your keys are inside your vehicle and you are locked on the outside. It's downright terrifying when a child is locked inside. Pop A Lock was professional, their online guidance and tracking as they were en route on the app was very comforting. The technician was calm and empathetic. I would give pop a lock less than a star. Yesterday they charged an older gentlemen $735.00 for less the 3 hours of work. ( The tech spent most of his time talking to his girlfriend who was riding along.) The tech told the older gentlemen to drive to Westport an he would give him back $180.00. The poor guy just got out of hospital. The supervisor was suppose to return his call an never did. Not only that they were over 2 hours late.

While this company was very fast to come out to our home to replace a key fob (for the low price of 350 I might add????‍♀️) the quality of the key fob is horrible. The key fob works randomly, and stops out of no where for no reason. We have asked twice for the key fob to be replaced as the company stated it was under warranty when we purchased. However because the key fob works when they try it I suppose we must be lying about the inconvenience of being locked out of our car. Would recommend using unless your original key is locked in your car. For replacing key fobs go elsewhere

Jim was amazing. I had a rental car with an auto lock feature I was unfamiliar with, walked around to get my baby out and all Doors were locked with keys inside. I was in major panic. We got locked out of our home the night before Thanksgiving. Our technician showed up right on time for what we scheduled in the morning, and was done within 5 minutes. Not to mention they charged 1/3 of the price that others were charging, were way more professional, and kept service promises they made. 1000% use this company over the other 10 I called the gave me the run around on price and some that didn’t even call me back like they had said. We can’t thank our technician enough for taking the time out of his day on a holiday to come help. I believe his name was Jim. You rock, and I hope you get a raise! :)

We were locked out of our house after getting home from the airport at midnight. They were dispatched within 13 min and arrived shortly after that. However we were able to “break into” our house with a credit card after calling them. But we called several other locksmiths and they weren’t able to quote us a price until they got there and charged a service fee just to come look at! Pop a lock was a reasonable price with no service fee especially for having them come out at midnight!! Thank you Andy!! 5 stars!!!!
