I accidentally locked the keys in my car and I called this locksmith. They said it was about a 35 to 45 minute ETA. However, he got there in about 20 minutes. So I didn’t have to wait outside long. It was cold and rainy and he got there pretty quickly. Matt was unbelievably professional and such a great help. His response was quick and efficient. He unlocked my car door without any trouble and actually helped me to fix the headlight on my car. He wasn’t required to but for him to go above and beyond meant so much to me! They are inexpensive for the quality of service they provide!! I would recommend this locksmith to anyone out there. Ask for Matt! Simply the best!!

Locked myself outside of the office. Car keys, phone and anything I needed was inside. Called for help and Scott returned my phone call fast. It was early am and Brian showed up about 30 min later. They were professional, proficient and inexpensive considering how desperate I was. In a situation where they could have gouged the customer they took care of me. Everyone has bad days and sometimes things don't go as expected but these guys shined today! Highly recommended!! DETAILED STORY: Call locksmith at 414pm who assures me technician will reach out. 422pm - Technician calls, asks about lock, asks me to send a pic of the lock and says he will let me know if he cannot assist. No response from company or technician so I call again at 458pm and it's "yeah, we can't help. They should have told you that."

Door lock from 1961 needed help. Justin/P.op-a-Lock fixed the original problem BUT without any “upsell” pressure from him, I asked about fixing the original problem to alleviate any near term + future problems. He offered a rebuild of the lock + new keys of the lock to make it like new- which I enthusiastically accepted. Work was completed late on a Friday evening and exceeded my expectations. AWESOME!

Any, I believe locksmith servicing Fort Worth Tx, is sorry. I was stranded, and I was desperate. And, I don't complain to be complaining. But, this needs to be addressed and fixed. I called over 10, 24 mobile locksmiths and not one would come out. Also, I was not in the best part of town and I knew I,d get towed if I left my truck. I couldn't even get one company's locksmith to call me back after 5 calls I finally started trying others to no avail. I was even approached by a drug dealer while I waited. He felt bad and offered me a freebee. The tow trucked driver, that I finally had since enough to call told me this happens all the time. God Bless Him!

Frustrating. That is the word I would use to sum up my experience with Pop-A-Lock. I called their services to get my lock popped. And their receptionist let me know that someone would be there in 30-40 minutes to help me out. I waited an hour to call them for an ETA as I am sure they are busy. When I called their line again they told me that they had no record of me ordering their services. I gave them the exact time I called and who I spoke to and finally they relented and said that yes they could see that I called, and that they had all of my information and that I had requested my lock be popped but they didn’t show that anyone was ever dispatched. So not only did they make a mistake which on it’s own would be fine. To err is human, everyone makes mistakes. But then they proceeded to try and gaslight me into thinking I never called. This is what truly made me so frustrated. The receptionist on the line then asked if I would still like someone to be dispatched. I told him I would still like someone to be sent out as I was still locked out of my car. He proceeded to give me another 30-40 minute wait time. And my the time a dispatcher finally got there to help me two and a half hours had past and I was just about ready to implode.

I didn't have an extra key fob and I had groceries and Christmas presents in the trunk. I locked my keys in the trunk. I called 10 to 20 different locksmiths to come open my vehicle, but because it was high security due to it being a convertible, nobody would do it. We then went to the dealership the next morning and they said we would have to order another key and fob, and that it would take 4-5 days. I had eggs in the trunk. I called popalock and immediately got a response and a call back from the technician, Justin, and he was an hour out in Cleburne and came right to me. Since the key had never open the trunk before it was dirty, and he took his time and still got the trunk unlocked. He saved our Christmas, and we couldn't appreciate y'all more!

Brian David went WAAAAAAAY above and beyond for me. Due to a forgetful nature, I've unfortunately had to work with multiple locksmiths over the years, and Brian is, in my experience, by far the most competent, friendly, and professional gent I've had the pleasure to work with. My keys had been stolen and my car had been towed, but Brian met me at the impound. Since they wouldn't let him back there to work, we had to wait for almost 30 minutes for the impound to mosey around to finally getting my car out of the lot. The comedy of errors continued, there were no codes that matched the bitting values. It seems my little Kia had been a rental car at one point, and they're not required to register their keys. Now most locksmiths these days seem to just rely on the computer for everything, and would have just thrown their hands up in defeat, but Brian is a former Seabee and doesn't know the meqning of quit. He popped on the magnifyer headset, and figured the lock out by feel. Not only that, but he also let me borrow his air pump to inflate the spare I'd had to put on because the tow truck had bent my rim. All this for $40 less than any other price I'd been quoted. ($125 for the key replacement when the best offer I'd been able to find otherwise was $165, the rest being in the $170s) He's full of stories and laughter and wonderfully competent. I can't recommend him or pop a lock highly enough
