I called two different phone numbers and one was based in Lawrenceville and does not service in the ATL area, which I get, but it would be beneficial for the company to have two of the phone numbers listed stating where they service. Not only that I called for service, on a Sunday in which it's listed that they are open from 8am-8pm, for service and was told that they're not servicing at the time. If that's the case why answer the phone and/or why have the hours listed ????????‍♀️????????‍♀️

They arrived in about 30 minutes, which was expected however, What wasn’t expected? A technician wearing an “Orgasm Donor” T-shirt. To a service call. I thought that was rather unprofessional. Also, they don’t arrive in a Pop A Lock vehicle or a vehicle with the company name on the vehicle. I understand that subcontractors may be used and sent by Pop A Lock when needed, but there should be some type of identification requirements. The vehicle should have magnetic branding or the tech should be wearing a Pop A Lock branded shirt.

DJ was professional, courteous, and kind. Locking your keys in your car is stressful. But it definitely helps to have a company and staff who employ confidence and professionalism in their work to assist. DJ arrived in a timely fashion and when he said he would. I hope I won’t have to use them again but if I ever lock my keys in my car again, I won’t hesitate call them. It was fast, efficient, and no damage to my car!

If I could leave zero stars, I would! I called them 4 times and waited almost 2 hours with no response from a locksmith. I’m technically STILL waiting for a locksmith to call me. I told them several times that my situation was urgent and I’m not from this area but they still made no attempts to help better the situation. I do not recommend them to anyone in need of quick service! I understand that it’s Sunday and the weekend can be hectic but this is INEXCUSABLE. If you can’t help me then say so. ZERO STARS
