I've used them twice now (don't judge my stupidity) and each time they were fast and super friendly. The last time the woman told me 20 minutes, which was a more than reasonable wait considering it was 5pm on a Friday. He was there in (I SWEAR) 4 minutes. ???? Charged $42 and come change which is reasonable for a Kia Soul since they're a b***h go break into. Highly recommend. While I hope I won't need their services anytime soon, if I do they're #1 on my list.

For having lost my keys to my car this was as much of an enjoyable experience as it could be, and that is mainly Pop-A-Lock's doing. Even though it was a major holiday, they were able to answer the phone and get their Technician out in less than 30 minutes. I called, after locking my keys in my car, and the receptionist was very rude and cold, not friendly at all. She told me it would be $64 and the guy would be at my car in 45-60 minutes. I get off the phone and call my car insurance company and find out that they have free Roadside Assistance, so of course I do that! That phone call took maybe 15 minutes, and after I hung up I was going to call Pop A Lock back and say I no longer needed their help, but the guy showed up right then and there and when I told him I was about to call and cancel, he rolls his eyes, scoffs, and tells me well "good luck with that buddy. Have fun waiting all day for them to show up." So rude! Never using them again. They were prompt and available when other locksmiths weren't, but they were so rude.

I locked myself into the bathroom the other day (my kids had damaged the lock) and used your service. Your staff was very concerned about my well-being and the safety of my family, since my kids were on the other side of the door. They stayed on the phone with us keeping me updated on when Bill the locksmith would be at my house to unlock the door. Bill was very professional and unlocked the door in a couple of minutes. He even made some recommendations for different locks, to prevent this from happening in the future. Thanks for providing outstanding customer service and helping me out during a difficult situation. I’ve called them twice in the past three weeks for two different vehicles. Both times they were there within the time quoted and extremely professional. My only complaint is that they advertise being a 24/7 service which is not true. My second time I used them I had to wait until after 8 am the following day because they didn’t have anyone that did overnight unlocks.

I can only say that anyone who wants the best, extremely professional and the only honest members of the trade, there's only one in the entire okc metro area: Brett from pop a lock. He was respectful, informative, explained everything in a manner that was not confusing and in English to an unmechanically knowledgeable female that made me understand and want to learn more. Gave me advice on non locksmith based questions I had for my car. Had a outstanding personality, and sense of humor. Quotes a price on phone that blew all others out of the water (and I called them all)!!! Then, shocked me speechless as he done something that I never expected or experienced: my charge was LESS than my quote, by enough to make my day. THEN SHOCK NUMBER 2, AS HE WAS EXPLAINED THE BREAKDOWN OF MY CHARGES! their fees were OVER HALF THE COST OF THEIR COMPETITORS with next lowest quote. If I could give this company a Zero I would. I called at 5:45pm regarding a residential service and got a quote. Called again 30min later to schedule and was told they were closed and would open on Monday. Weird, because they state they offer 24 hr services. When I called back to question them, the woman became irate and stated they had an emergency, which I understand. But to lie and state they don't offer services till Monday is another thing. Natalie needs an attitude check.

Always fast and professional. Prices aren't too bad and they'll come night or day. They charge less if You have made a simple copy. A copy won't turn engine over but is a pattern they can use . All they have to do is add the chip program. . It's like 80 bucks cheaper IF you have that copy.

I accidentally locked my keys in the car yesterday morning at the post office along with my phone. The post office gave me Poo-A-Lock's number and when I called they said it would be about a half hour until someone got there. To my surprise the Locksmith #31178 was actually early and very nice and understanding. He had my door open within a couple of minutes and was very gentle and professional in how he unlocked it. Called for a key replacement and had to call twice. Talked to a rude person who hung up on me (or didn't call back if we disconnected). Dude rolls up late, tells me it'll cost roughly two or three times as much as I was originally quoted, and that he can't do the job today because it's too cold outside. Then, he refuses to give me any time by which I could expect to have my key, or any clue about when to expect it. Zero Stars.

I would have done more than $55 dollars in damage to truck doing it myself and still wouldn't have opened the door. Very pleased and their tracking app is great. After having house keys made at Walmart and Lowe’s—none of which worked, and using the garage entrance for a few years, when my garage door broke, I found myself in need of house keys and therefore, a locksmith. I called Pop-a-Lock. Locksmith, BEN, returned my call from dispatch at around 5 pm. He was leaving Lavaca and said he would be in Van Buren within a half hour. I was concerned about it being after 5 and the guy going into OT. Ben assured me it was no problem. Ben made it through rush hour and arrived at my home as promised, cut four new keys, TESTED EACH KEY IN BOTH LOCKS in the door, lubricated the door locks, all with a smile on his face and good natured attitude. Expecting and prepared to pay for a home service call, four keys made, an after 5 pm charge, I was flabbergasted at what the actual charge was! He refused to take a “Christmas Bonus” and simply said Merry Christmas. (And I tried HARD to MAKE him take a tip being so professional and kind!). If you need a locksmith...THIS IS THE GUY!!!

I called and they said it would take 15-20 minutes for a guy to get to me... an hour later, I call back (its HOT outside) and ask where the guy is... they ask if he had called me, I informed them that he hadn't, they apologized and said that he should be there within 10 minutes. *sigh* ok... 20 minutes later. The guy FINALLY shows. Gave some excuse of the GPS taking him the wrong way on the previous call. *eyeroll* I couldnt help but to think he probably stopped for lunch since I called at 11:40. Thankfully though, unlocking my car was SUPER quick. $42 and an hour and a half later and I was back on the Rd.

I decided to ignore the bad reviews about the rude lady who picked up the phone and took a chance. I called and the lady on the other end was very rude indeed! I told her I locked my keys in my car and needed someone to my location. I tried explaining to her where I was, using streets and buildings around me because I didn't know the area well. She started getting annoyed because she needed my "exact location". Which I was happy to give her but I didn't appreciate the tone of her voice. I told her to give me a moment to find out my location and that I didn't appreciate the way she was talking to me. As I was about to find my location on GPS she HUNG UP on me! I was so mad!!! I am stranded outside in the cold winter night and when I make a phone call for help she hangs up! This is horrible customer service! I am never reccomending this place to anyone! If you advertise yourself for help as a company to service those in need, that is what you should do. I am baffled by the behavior of this employee. Helping others is not a set of skills she has. I hope no one gives this company a call because their receptionist is an angry lady and nobody deserves to be denied help in times of need.

So I lost my keys while out the other night and we contacted pop a lock at almost 11 am and they gave us a quote of $165 and an arrival time of 1:30pm. We live in elk River so we came down to St Paul where our other car was and 1:30pm still no show. So we called them and they claimed something came up so they could not get to us until almost 3pm. My fiance and I both had to be to work at 2 and we told them this from the beginning. We agreed to wait if it would be worth it with a discount. Well they only discounted us $10 and agreed to wait til 3pm. They then called us back almost a half hour later and said they were not going to be able to be there at 3 either. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE service. Now we are both ridiculously late for work, have to sit in traffic and had to pay more for rapid service and still waiting for the other company to finish the job. I do NOT recommend them at all.

Just bought a house in St. Paul and wanted to change the locks and get one key for all of them. Made an appointment well ahead of time (found them through Home Advisor). The day came for my email confirmed appointment but no one came. I called them, apparently there was some confusion about our appointment. Good news is they made it right. They sent someone over within two hours. They did what I wanted, very professional, clean and pleasant to deal with. We can all make scheduling errors, to me that isn't the important part. the important part is that they made it right and got the job done and done well. Would use them again in a heart beat!!
