these guys saved me. I locked my keys in the car in the supermarket parking lot. put a package of water on the seat in the car, accidentally pressed the close button. and when I slammed the door, I realized that my keys, along with the water, remained in the back seat. this company helped quickly. and left no trace on my car. I was quoted "a $19 dispatch fee plus a $75 service fee" over the phone. That doesn't sound outrageous, as I've had to call a locksmith once before to get me into my car late at night. That was in 2014 and cost me about $75. The tech gets there a little over an hour later, which is fine because it's late. After ten minutes' work, I'm told there's an additional labor cost, starting at $75, and I'm billed $189. What? Call someone else. This business is shady.

I locked my keys in my truck. Called this company, they were very nice and arrived quickly. However, the guy was there 5 minutes for an easy job and he charged $169. I called the company and asked what their prices were and if it was a mistake ( should have done this from the get-go, but I was in a hurry.) The lady I spoke with about the prices told me their service fee was 19 and the labor was 29 but could very and at the end of the day, the technician quotes the prices. I feel like I got ripped off. And overcharged. It was a simple unlocking the door that took him 2 minutes the only reason he was there longer is that he wanted to stay and chat. I don’t feel his work was worth $169!

This is a legit company unlike the one I called prior (if you don't believe me look up "scam locksmith new york times," they did an article on it). OKC was very kind and efficient. The owner is incredibly gracious and knowledgable. He drove to my house from far away and opened the lock with some special tool that allowed him to open the door without taking the handle off and damaging the door. His rates are reasonable for the area, but more importantly he was very quick and knows a lot about locks. Apparently the lock I had was installed wrong and he identified that immediately. I would highly recommend this locksmith - would give over 5 stars if possible.

OKC locksmith were very responsive, I called them in the morning, and they came out punctually at the site in the afternoon. OKC rekeyed two locks for me. This company took advantage of my collage aged son who called in when I was busy driving. Wow! This is a ridiculous amount to pay for a simple job of unlocking a Chevy Cruze. Obviously ????. Please be careful using this company!!!! I’ve attached his receipt for $275.00. The drive time was short so the company was close. The time was around 9pm so not an unreasonable hour for a 24/7 place. My son felt he had to pay and had he called me back I would have told him to refuse as I’ve seen others posted here had done. They scam you by quoting you low prices that you’re willing to comply with but then raise it on the actual bill. Once you call in to figure the situation out the lady refuses to admit she was in the wrong and will hang up on you. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Unfortunately I don't have type of insiinsur but looked up a locksmith on Google and these guys showed up. I won't use the OKC location ever again. The website says 15 minutes for $19. To a mom wrangling 2 small children that sounds perfect. But it was actually an hour and $60. I could have gotten over waiting an hour or paying much more than I anticipated but both? When it took 4 times the amount of time and less than a minute to own the lock. Very unhappy. Will put this business on my list of places to tell people to stay away from.

My experience was great with them. They showed up quickly and made a key for my truck. My truck has a chip in the key but they were able to program everything so it is just like having the factory key. I was a little concerned at first because I heard that keys with chips are very expensive. OKC Locksmith was very affordable and one of the highest recommended locksmiths when I asked around.

When I called this company to change the locks on my front and back door, I was informed that there would be a $30 service fee and that such services "started at" $45. By the time the technician was finished (after 15 minutes of work) I was charged $200. The lack of transparency is outrageous. Avoid this company.

We were quoted one price and charged over $100 more. Their system is to give low quotes and charge higher prices when the work is done. When calling back to find out how this happened the girl who gives quotes said she was trained to give “starting prices” and it was our problem if we didn’t understand that. (Two of us had called and been given the same quote.) We had specifically asked for the exact key we needed so our communication had been clear. OKC Locksmith charges are likely to be higher than the quote you get over the phone.

Asked them to unlock the car. They gave me a price I was unwilling to pay, and then when I told them I would find someone else they demanded I pay a service fee for showing up, even though this fee wasn’t made aware when I called in the first place. As I got in my car the man waiting next to my car as I was calling other places demanding the fee. And when he left he took a picture of my car. I do not recommend this place, it would have been simple if they made all the fees aware to me upfront.

Absolute SCAM! Called them because I had locked my keys in my car and they had told me it would be about a 15-30 minute wait. 1 HOUR AND A HALF LATER the technician showed up with an attitude and gave us really bad customer service. The technician had quoted 60-85 dollars of labor and $19 service call. Which I was fine with because I’m the end he quoted $107. Payed card, and I was charged $175!!!!! Absolutely outrageous!! The technician was not transparent at all with his prices and was far off from what the girl on the phone had said. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND

NEVER call this place. The "locksmith" forced my door open and completely broke the lock. The wood on my frame shattered and I can no longer use the lock. The "locksmith" had the audacity to blame my door and demanded that I pay $108.00. I could've broken into my apartment for free. When I called to complain I never received a call back from the supervisor. When I have more time I will be taking legal action.

After calling in to resolve the issue, I was hung up on several times, called a liar, and told that they were going to take me to court for trying to get the difference back. Don’t ever use these people, as they will lie and swindle you, and charge you ridiculous prices that aren’t even consistent with the industry.

I’m not sure how a company like this is even allowed to operate, let alone have any customers willing to utilize their services. My wife had her keys locked out of her car, so I called in to find out a price to see if I would even go with them. They told me that it would be $29 plus a $19 service fee. Ok, a little pricey, but if that’s what it took to get a quality locksmith out to unlock the door, then so be it. I repeated that price to the lady on the phone at least three different times just to make sure it was correct, and she confirmed it every time. When the technician got to my wife, he got the keys out using basic techniques that could’ve been done by a tow company for a fraction of the cost, and then proceeded to charge $89 for the work. So I called back in to let them know I was overcharged and needed to be refunded the amount that I was overcharged, but the lady on the phone kept calling me a liar and saying that all of her dispatchers know that labor starts at $29, but it could go up. Well good for them for knowing, but that is information that has to get to the customer. I kept telling her that I was never told that, and was hung up on several times. I tried to ask for a manager, but apparently managers don’t even work there, so I had to deal with the same people every time. After telling them that they could either refund me the difference or I would dispute the overcharges with my bank, they threatened to take me to court if I did that. This is not a legitimate company, they are just crooks that will lie, refuse to have a conversation, and threaten their customers. Avoid them at all costs, and find any other company in the world to go through, as they are less likely to be scams than this place.

Terrible company. Was quoted $19 to show up and $35 to unlock my "office door", which is a simple lock. I was out of town and forgot to leave my employee a key. After they left, my employee called to tell me it was $150. WOW! What a jump, huh? This company will take advantage of you and won't blink. Completely a rip off, scammy, shady, and dishonest business. I will never recommend them. 3 months ago, I had another company, (unfortunately, I mistakenly thought this was the same company that came out before), come out and change the cylinder lock on my businesses front door and rekey the lock and received several keys, and it was $100!!! How can this company justify these prices? They cannot. Beware and save yourself the irritation....call someone else!

Called in to get an estimate to get my keys out of my car, I was told it would be $35 to get my keys out, sounded fair enough. It only took 3 minutes for the technician to get to me which was also great. The technician was quick but without me being aware he charged me $90 and left. My Wife and I called back in to customer service and told them what had happened, they said that the starting rate was $29.99 and argued with us over the phone. They were very unprofessional and hung up every time I tried calling back to resolve my issue. I wouldn’t recommend this buisness to anyone.

BEWARE of technicians scamming you on pricing! I used their services to unlock my car (Oklahoma city area , off 23rd.) I was told the price point for the job was $85 plus a $25 dollar fee originally on the phone upon calling the services. The company had told me the technician will call me back from his phone and to stand by. The technician who assisted me was late upon arrival (he said 15-20 min, but arrived 35minutes later). He was very weird about pricing like he had just picked what he wanted. He said for me it will be $110 plus a $59 service fee. I thought that was way too high , considering other places charge 50 at most. After the transaction , I proceeded to call the guy back who helped me. I used my friends phone to ask randomly how much he charges normally for a job in okc. He told me $65-$95 , but that doesn’t include the service fee then said he had to go. All these prices given above do not match up. This is highly unprofessional and not to mention theft! I called the company in the morning and they told me to send my invoice to their email because the supervisor was unavailable. I never heard anything back and had to call 3 more times. The lady on the phone finally transferred me to someone ( even though she said no one was available) after I had mentioned I was scammed. The supervisor said she was sorry and that she would talk to the technician. She also said she could refund me the $ 59 back. The way this was all handled was very sketch and it sounds like it’s not the first time they have bamboozled a customer. No one was in agreement with pricing and after all that , the supervisor could have done more and waived the “ service fee” at the very least! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Still trying to get ahold of management. Just finished a lockout. Service technician “Simon” shows up trying to charge me $148 for a lockout. I called him out on it and he argued with me stating it’s company policy that he couldn’t change it, then offering to reduce the price because I am a “student” to $108. Finally got ahold of the office and they charge $65 for lockout even though there website says $19. Awful customer service, awful company. Would not recommend to anyone. Stay away from this nonsense. I hope you go out of business and more people comment on the nonsense going on here.

Just had this guy out about 45 minutes ago. I had locked my keys in my suburban. Guy charged me $179.00. Granted I called 7:30pm and expected to pay bit more for after 5pm but that's highway robbery and when I questioned it being so expensive I got some b-s story about laws changing and PD no longer helping ppl with lockouts...wth has that to do with you charging so much!
