The tech from Mobile Locksmith OKC was able to come out and help me with my lock-out in a timely manner. The customer service I received when calling them made all the difference, they were so nice! Once he arrived at our office he explained everything that needed fixing or replacing right away while also giving some advice on safety measures for future use should it be necessary again anytime soon. It's not often you find people who care about doing good work, and he is really a great professional locksmith guy.

Quoted me $19 for service call and $29 for lock out service before I agreed. Got the call back shortly from a guy that sounded half asleep or inebriated. He slowly and barely managed to ask me if my address that I gave them was correct, I confirmed. Then said ok well it’s be $85. I told him they quoted me $50 and he responded no, not gonna be $50. It’ll be $85 or you can call them back tomorrow and they can do it for that $50. The $85 would have been fine if that’s what I had agreed to prior, it’s the fact that I had already waited 15 minutes and then get a call and a price increase. I declined and will happily take my business elsewhere. It wasn’t an emergency luckily, talk about highway robbery.

Quick service, we locked ourselves out if our home on a weeknight around 730 pm. The tech was here in about 30 minutes. It took him 3 maybe 4 minutes to get the door open and then I got the bill.. $298.00!!!!!! Thats simply highway robbery! Nice guy but I will never recommend this service....

I asked many times for the cost and services of a new key. The serviceman only told me what the service fee would be. He said I would be charged for labor, new key, code, and programming. The serviceman stated that he would figure out the cost of these services, therefore I was waiting for a quote. I was never told how much these services would actually cost until I received the bill. The serviceman’s unwillingness to give me a quote after requesting one many times caused me to prevent my family members from going somewhere they needed to urgently go to while we waited for a key to be made just in case I did not have enough money with me for the services. This could have been avoided with a proper and accurate quote. Due to it being night time, avoiding arguing, and not wanting to waste the serviceman’s time after coming to my house I went ahead and paid. Consumers should know the price for the services they are receiving beforehand, because if I did not have enough money for the services there would have been issues and I would have not accepted the services if I was advised of the costs before services were performed. I did not have a clue of the costs of anything except the service fee until it was time to pay despite my efforts.

After a long flight, I found myself locked out at 12 midnight. Out of 10-15 locksmiths that called themselves “24/7” on google only two technicians got back in touch with me for my issue and one did not have experience dealing with smart locks so we gave up after 10 minutes of trying to fix it together before he had even arrived! But then they came by promptly as agreed upon--he is the ONLY reliable 24 hour here in Oklahoma City based certified professional who can handle any problem related emergency situation you might be experiencing without hesitation or delay (and chances are pretty good if it's happening during business hours than late night too).

they charged me $214 just for a 5 minute process to get my keys out of my car for me. he said it was because i have a sports car and if the window breaks he has to pay for it, if he was good at his job he should not have to worry about breaking it, definitely would not recommend because they don’t make it sound like they really know what they’re doing and over charge way too much. don’t ever go to this service!

Tried to call around and get price estimates, this company seemed promising as the receptionist told me it would cost $20 for the locksmith to come out, and the service was $30, I was under the impression the service would be $50-$60 total. But, the locksmith arrives and informs me it will be $75 + $20 for the service. So, if you lock your keys in your car and call this company, you can expect them to show up asking for 2x as much as the initial quote.
