This service was terrible. The guy that came out didn’t know what he was doing. He was going to come to program a key fob to my car. He ended up blowing three fuses in my car, causing my battery to die from running it too long, broke my under steering wheel port, and cost us $600 in repairs for my car. He left my car running on just the battery for 30+ minutes while he was on the phone attempting to figure out what to do since he was obviously under trained. He then continued to break my port. My battery kept dying for the few days following the service and I had to get it taken to a repair shop to fix their mistake. Still don’t have a key fob! The repair shop cost me $600 JUST to fix what these guys broke. Don’t trust them! It’s a scam. They’re under trained, unprofessional, and will end up costing you hundreds more than you’re supposed to pay.

They took advantage of my wife and up-charged a simple job. We had to have our door knob replaced as the mechanism broke. Got a quote and they came out and replaced the knob. That's what we asked for. They then proceeded to disassemble our dead bolt and my wife asked why. They said "Oh don't you want it to match, we're not sure we could get it back together now." Since she was worried they had broken the deadbolt (really?) they installed this new one without telling her it was extra. My wife wrote this on the first receipt they provided which the agent tore up in front of her and said she couldn't write notes on the receipt so he had her sign another one. As you can see in the photo our new deadbolt they installed is much smaller and lower quality, but also nearly identical in look. It was an unnecessary addition and they made her think the option was no deadbolt or this one. I reached out to management with no response yet. The work they did was fine, but this upcharge and taking advantage of the situation has left us very unsatisfied.

They took over 2 hours to get to out to me. They called after 1 hour to say that something had come up and was I willing to wait? I said sure. After another hour I called to get an ETA and only got voicemail. I wasn't in an out of the way area either. The actual service was fast. At the end they offer a free valet key for a 5 star Google review that the driver proofread, that didn't sit well with me. After 2 hours and $500 bucks I feel like you can throw a key in no strings attached, it was already made.

I’m making this post because one of my friends called this company today to come and unlock his vehicle door but instead he ended up getting scammed and the scammer came out and went and unlocked the car but ended up charging him 500 bucks. Afterwards he called the original company again to double check and see if their prices were that outrageous to begin with and the original company said they received no phone call from him in the first place (because the scammer was mimicking the company’s number). Make sure when you call this company you are 1000% sure it’s the company you’re calling and not a scammer. Be safe out there.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We lost a fob to our remote start vehicle after a weekend away and needed a replacement. After 4+ hours of the technician working on the vehicle, I was called downstairs and found all items in the trunk had been removed from the vehicle. The technician stated that he tried to “restart the battery” and then was unable to get the fob to start the car. We towed it to the nearest Chevy dealership who informed us the cables had not been plugged in correctly causing the arching of power to fry our fuse box. On top of that, the dealership said the fob that they attempted to program to our vehicle never would have started it in the first place. When we respectfully emailed them to resolve the issue, they fired back with a snide response and we’ve never been able to speak on the phone with any managers or supervisors. They refunded our money, but caused $1000 dollars in damages they refuse to cover. Do NOT recommend.

They showed up within the hour, but if you don't have full coverage insurance than you're better off with someone else. They quote a $29.99 service fee plus labor, which sounds very reasonable. However that labor fee is at minimum over $110 dollars. I wound up paying $157 for something I regularly have paid 50 dollars for in the past. It's not a bad company, but the prices are high and seem almost predatory to the stranded motorist who just sees the 5 star reviews.

Next thing we know this guy shows up. We hired no one yet mind you. He tells us $29 to show up and $220 to make the key. Everyone else quoted me $150 total. So we tell him no... then brings the price down to $195, he proceeds to tell us to give him all the cash we have and he'll make the key. At this point we tell him to leave. This company is a scam trying to take advantage of people in unfortunate and desperate situations.

I cannot say enough about the excellent service I received on a Sunday afternoon! I broke my key fob and could not start my car which was in a parking lot at Zone Rosa. Technician arrived quickly while keeping me advised of his ETA while he was en route. Not only did he make me new key fob on the spot for my 2007 Mazda, he made me a spare ignition key as well, and the price was on par with what the dealership had previously quoted me. I highly recommend!
