This is a very delayed review but still wanted to give a 5 star rating. Last summer my dad was visiting us from North Carolina and lost one of the keys to his Jeep. My dad made the trip on a Friday and we called mid day to see if anything could be done to have a key cut and programmed. The owner met us at the end of the day at a restaurant and cut and programmed the key we needed super quick. Quick service and priced much better than the dealer. Couldn’t ask for better.

After two failed attempts at programming a fob for my 2019 Kia, Charles came to my house with the correct fob. Kia changed the remote fobs mid year! So after getting the correct one from Kia, Charles was able to quickly program it. Cost me half of dealer price. Wonderful service from Elite! Great customer service!

My vehicle (07 BMW X3) was stolen about 2 months ago. The key was stolen with it and when the vehicle was recovered, the key was never found. I paid over $300 at the BMW dealership to have a key ordered, upon arrival it didn’t work. They returned it and ordered another one. It didn’t work either. The requested I have my vehicle towed in to them (second tow bill since recovering vehicle) where it sat for days with no answer. Finally, they contacted me and said the only thing they could do was change the entire lock cylinder kit and it would cost me over $1700. So I had already paid two tow bills and $300 for a key that didn’t work and now they wanted $1700 more. No other locksmith in town could help me. I was referred to Elite by a friend and not only did he get a key to work, he got the key the BMW dealership had ordered to work. And in a matter of minutes. For about $300!!! Charles was so professional and courteous. He was quick and responsive and I am so pleased. It took over two months of suffering and dead ends and he fixed it in minutes. I’m extremely impressed and definitely recommend Elite lock and key!

This company is awesome! Honest, trustworthy and professional. I called the Mercedes dealership to get a new key FOB made and was told I HAD to bring it to them only as no one else could do it. Plus, the key FOB comes from Dallas, which would be another 4-7 days and I would have to come back to test it. Since I didn't like their tone, I called Elite Lock & Key, met them halfway (saving me 25 miles) and they programmed a new key FOB on the spot in 30 minutes. We both tested it throughly and worked like a charm. No extra trip to the dealership, plus saved another 100 plus miles driving. On top of that, they were $100 cheaper than the dealership. I highly recommend anyone that needs an extra key made or any locksmithing issues.

I had purchased a jeep wrangler a few months ago and my key remote with remote start had stopped working. I ordered two new key remotes off of Ebay and contacted the a dealership to have them programmed. Turns out that only a jeep dealership can program jeeps. The jeep dealership quoted me a ridiculous price. So I contacted a locksmith and they did not have the codes to program my key remote. The locksmith suggested using Elite Lock & Key. I called Elite and Charles quoted me a price on the phone. We set up an available date and my key remotes where programmed with in 20 minutes of arrival. Excellent service, very professional and even gave me a 101 on how to use my remote start on my newly programed key remotes. Thank You Charles. I highly recommend Elite Lock & Key.

Charles is very professional. I needed a new smart key for my prius. He met me and tried to program 2, neither of which worked. So he ordered one to be sent overnight from the factory, which had a higher price. He came to my house the next day and the factory key worked just fine. He did not charge me the extra amount for the factory key, the overnight shipping fee, or any service fee for traveling to meet me. And, the final fee he charged me was less than he quoted over the phone. Very nice nice man providing great service.

As an elderly lady, I rarely do reviews but felt it was necessary in this case. I was referred to Elite Lock by a neighbor who used them as I had only one key and needed another one made before I lost my original. Charles was so sweet and respectful in taking care of me. It was so nice that he was flexible enough to meet me on my time. Seemed like it was only 15 minutes before he was done and on my way.
