I contacted Bobs at 1230 p.m. for a car lockout on a Sunday afternoon. Was instructed a technician would get back with me shortly. Over an hour later I call again and speak with Charles informing him I hadn't received a call. He told me he personally would handle my situation and if he couldn't reach a technician he would call me back. Over an hour later I call again and inform the representative that I had not received a call back regarding status. He tells me the same thing, and that he would follow up with me. 45 minutes later I call again and after 3 rings my phone gets a busy signal. I called this locksmith based on their good reviews. Needless to say their service for me was anything but good. Would not recommend. I called Blues American Locksmith and he was there within 30 minutes.

I wish i could give this no stars! I had a tow truck in my home between 10-12 because they had a technician coming and i received a “confirmation call” at 10:06 that they’ll br at my home at 1130. 1130 cones no one shows up then i call and they pretended they were in traffic so they said 30 minutes. 1215 comes i call to see where they were , i kept getting g the run around. I called every 30 minutes until the dispatcher started laughing on the phone and said i just had to wait. I just didn’t bother with it here comes 9:20pm i get a text asking if i still need A locksmith since there were in my area. This place was unprofessional , rude and had no care of others time.
