Terrible! We brought in a safe for our son. They told us it was more secure than they first thought and said it would be around $25 to open. When our son picked it up, they charged $50. When I called to complain, I hoped for at l the least, an apology. Instead, he got belligerent with me. Do not use this company.

This guy is wonderful. We accidentally left our baby in our car on a hot Saturday morning and he dropped everything and was there in five minutes. Got the car open like it was nothing. And he refused to take payment! I wish all business's were this good to the community. Maybe it was small thing, but he was our hero that morning. Thanks!

I called, they contacted their field guy who called and said where he was and when he would be there...took maybe 3 minutes to unlock my door, the charge was a little higher than expected but you do have to pay for skill

Fiancée broke the only key to her car and needed keys made. These guys were all helpful and polite. Very understanding of our situation. Took one extra trip for keys due to needing the key code. But they got it done and still saved me money on the back end of things. Appreciate it guys

I am a local business owner in Nebraska City, but physically live in Sioux Falls, SD. I asked for someone to make us a key for the front door as all my staff are out of town, and my key fob system is down. I was treated very poorly by whomever answered the phone, and it wasn’t the owner. I was yelled at and made to feel I was not competent. Will not be using this service or recommending to anyone!!
