We had the locksmiths come out eight months ago to fix a sliding glass door lock. $300 later they fixed it. The lock has failed and when I asked them if they provided a warranty they no, but they were kind enough to wish me good luck. Long story short, crappy workmanship that they don't back up - stay away.

People, don't waste your time with the phony nationwide or citywide referral websites, with false pricing on the web and predatory pricing once on site! Moe will give you a fair price to start with and stick to it! I had another company out for my vehicle lockout this evening. To make a very long story short, Moe saved me $118 from the price originally quoted me by the other company! The other company offered much lower prices when I balked, and once I had enough of their games and sent the guy packing, my phone started blowing up with two different people from his office begging me to let their guy come back, and coming down to nearly the same price as Moe. I guess they should have priced it correctly in the first place instead of trying to screw me initially.

A few days ago I accidently locked myself out of the safe at work. It was after hours so I was very worried that I would be unable to resolve the problem. I called Moe and he took excellent care of me. He quoted me an hour to get to my location, and was spot on. He had the problem fixed in less than five minutes. He was polite and did not damage the safe while getting it open. The price was extremely reasonable. This was a business expense and he worked with me on the payment method. I recommend his services.
