Chris turned one of my most nerve-wracking experiences into a moment of joy and gratitude. In the flurry of bringing my preschooler home from class and getting all of her belongings out of the van, I accidentally shut the door with the keys inside. The doors were locked. Both of my children were buckled inside, I was stuck outside, and we were all in a panic. Chris not only came over and got me into my van speedily, but he refused to charge me, wishing me a Happy Mother's Day instead. It's impossible to express how grateful I am that he moved so quickly and compassionately to ensure my children's safety. I can't recommend him enough.

They came out the very next day and were able to quickly rekey a discontinued door to the same key as the rest of my new house, despite the fact they were from different lock companies. They also gave me good advice on how to convert the door to standard hardware without me having to ask. I would definitely use them again.

Working in property management, locks are always an issue. Since we began using Southern Maine we have not had one complaint or problem, and believe me people are not happy unless they complain. Having access to a mobile locksmith also saves time and money by not having to send maintenance to master, rekey or install new locks. Chris has done a lot of work for me, for the company I work for. We have multiple houses that I needed put on a master key system. He did exactly what I needed him to do, quickly and efficiently. He tells me when something doesn’t need doing, or if it’s going to cost too much. He is very conscientious. Always on time, if he tells me he will be somewhere. He makes himself available if there is an emergency. He makes my work life easier.

CHRIA MARTIN saved my sister and I when I stupidly locked my keys in my car(while it was running) ...regretab regall so I could charge my wireless headphones while we shopped!! ???????? Okay so in my defense, I was trying to distract myself from a potential panic attack due to my anxiety dirorder-and I thought that even though my only key was in my ignition, that my remotw lock+unlock button would still be able to let me in. I decided to change my condo door lock and deadbolt on a Sunday afternoon and I have changed several locks over the years. Unfortunately, the deadbolt was installed improperly and this job was beyond my capability. Chris Martin solved the problem with the deadbolt and did not have to drill new holes in the expensive metal fire door and use cover plates over the old holes.
