Great service, excellent quality and great price. We had 4 locks re-keyed and they all work perfectly off the same key. Mark was quick to return phone calls and was very professional. I will use Pride Locksmith again in the future. 2021 Update: Just used them again 3 years later to rekey the same 4 locks. Still great service, quality and price. Super fast and professional. Mark continues to be my go to locksmith.

Highly recommend Mark for anything you need he's extremely helpful and courteous. I have used him 3 times now for commercial properties, once to change out some Hardware on a door to make it a ADA compliant and twice to recore some locks, he always responds fast and gets the job done extremely quickly. Terrible service. I was told that the copies of my keys would be dropped off the next day. A month later when I called to see what happened I was told he would have them to me by Monday. This was on a Friday and you would think that being a month late you would get them to the customer ASAP. Nonetheless I waited till Monday and he still didn’t show up, so I called and he assured me he would have them here in the morning. Now its Wednesday and I have been calling all morning and leaving messages and have received no correspondence back whatsoever. Highly disappointed and would suggest going with a different locksmith! I will let everyone I know that they do not conduct business properly!
